Messageboards don't show up on my iPhone

After a few days of heavy traffic, I'm able to get back on the messageboards using my computer. But my iPhone still just shows the "Heavy Traffic" message with nothing listed below. I can access my account and view my old posts, and if I click on one of them I am able to view that particular thread.

Possibly Relevant Stuff: iPhone 5, Safari, iOS 9.2.1, AT&T

Same for me on iPhone 6, same iOS, AT&T. Been that way since the heavy traffic banner went up.

Yep, iPhone 5, same version and carrier.

Pathfinder Adventure, Adventure Path, Lost Omens, Maps, PF Special Edition, Starfinder Adventure Path, Starfinder Maps, Starfinder Roleplaying Game Subscriber

Works for me on the 6s, iOS 9.2.1 and AT&T. Tried with both LTE and WiFi. So it seems this issue may only affect older models.

I do have ABP installed as a content blocker, although I doubt that's the reason listing it in case it's relevant.

Same problem for my iPhone! I can access the message boards on my computer, but on my iPhone all I get is the message about heavy traffic.

Same problem, its been occurring since the humble bundle thing went live.

Same here. It isn't just on older phones, I have a 6s. I get the message about heavy traffic at the top, but nothing else. Both in Safari and Chrome. Also AT&T.

Same again... iPhone 6

Interestingly, this isn't an issue using Safari on my iPad mini (model 1) which is also running iOS 9.2.1.

Same for me - iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.1, Vodafone Australia (not sure if the carrier is relevant at all).

As an additional data point, I am posting from my iPhone 6 running iOS 9.2.1 on ATT.

Possibly Relevant Settings: I am not blocking pop-ups, and have cookies set to "websites I visit." I also have JavaScript enabled.

Edit to add: I am using Safari as I have no other browsers installed.

Chrome here - no forums :(

Chrome on your iPhone?

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Lost Omens, Rulebook, Starfinder Roleplaying Game Subscriber

Yep, there's an app for that.

Also, UK, iPhone 5S, 9.2.1, Safari, carrier is 3.

Doesn't look like a carrier issue.

Edit: Works fine on my iPad Air 2, same OS, carrier and browser.

Liberty's Edge

Odd that it's just on phones (or just iPhones?)

Hopefully they figure out the issue soon - it's going to be a bummer if this lasts the duration of the Humble Bundle (which is at leat another week, no?)

Shadow Lodge

Ditto.

iPhone 6. 9.2.1. Safari. AT&T

I'm not having any problems on my android, although I do get the website being down at times it is clearly not.

The Exchange

Me as well. iPhone 5s. Started on Thursday.

I can search for threads and I can see the threads for an individual product page or if I click on the Pathfinder Society page I see the threads there.

No problems on my computer with Firefox or my iPad Air (running the same OS as the phone).

I have his on my list of things to look at. We're hyperfocused on the HumbleBundle issues right now but it's in our backlog now.

Just as a point of reference, I'm able to see it fine on my iPhone 6+ running 9.2.1 on T-Mobile. There as a javascript and ajax request that is required to see the forums if that helps. Weird it would just start to happen with humble bundle...

Im having this problem as well. iPhone 5s, tmobile. Interestingly, it works fine on my old ipad, if a bit slow to load the forum element.

On the phone, individual threads will load, if you can get a link to them, like via the sidebar or your account info.

I have an iPhone 4 running iOS 7.1.2. Using Safari; AT&T.

The message boards worked perfectly right up until the Humble Bundle started.

Now, I can see the Paizo logo and menu items across the top of the screen, the message about heavy server loads and slower download times etc. I can also see all the logos and links down the left side BUT nothing but blank white space where all the forums should be.

Edit: MattZ, you're right! I just tried and I can get individual threads to load, if I can get a link directly to them. I just tried clicking a random link in the left-hand sidebar, which worked. I then went to the Posts tab under my name and was able to see and access links to individual threads from there.

So, it looks like it's a problem with the main list of forums on the main page?

No idea what that could mean, but it seems like it's pretty relevant ...

I'm having the same issue on my iPhone 5s, the most recent iOS (9.2.1), AT&T, and Safari.

Hey folks, I think I may have corrected the error (they're popping back up on some iPhones in our office). Please ping here if you continue to have issues!

It appears to have worked for mine.

Looks like it is fixed for me.
So just to be clear on the timing, it went
Saturday: A bug was identified and posted on the forum when no one was in the office due to the weekend
Sunday: A bunch more people post saying they have the same problem.
Monday: As soon as she is back at work, Chris and her team fix the bug in less than one business day.
Not bad for a tech team:)

Mine is working too! I wasn't expecting this to get fixed until the HumbleBundle backlog settled down. Thanks for the quick response. :)

Yep for all the above! Thank you guys!

No, it's terrible! It still won't let me download the Bestiary 5 on my iPhone! When I try to download it, it asks me for my credit card information instead of giving me the PDF!

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I've never actually purchased the Bestiary 5, but that's obviously a bug. If the site were working properly, it would just let me get every product in the store for free!
