Wand that shoots 2 Magic Missiles?

I recall there's a resource that lists a wand capable of shooting 2 Magic Missiles (i.e. as a 3rd level Wizard) and possibly has another power. I can't recall what the name of this Wand is nor the resource.

...A Wand of Magic Missile (CL 3rd)? 2,250 GP for the stick, gives you two missiles per shot. Wands don't HAVE to be made at the minimum CL, after all.

While GM Randal is correct, there is also the staff of minor arcana. A STAFF that shoots 4 MM and can also cast shield. Each MM costs 2 charges, shield costs 1.

Reverse engineering means infinite 2 caster magic missile is about 2000 go (2K for quarterstaff, 1K for eschew materials). Although, maybe 2300 if masterwork staff.
