Goblin Warpriest Design Help

Advice

I have an image in my head of a goblin who starts life as a rogue (3 levels unchained rogue (to get dex to damage)) and then finds "god" and goes the route of a dex only based (no strength to speak of) two weapon wielding warpreist with the fire and trickery domains.

I'd need a god with those domains and an appropriate light weapon - help?

And feat/build design help would be appreciated. This is just a concept right now, but one i think could turn out really fun.

I wish that goblins love of fire would actually show in game as a buff to their fire spells like gnomes have, but all the goblin fire love seems tied up in the alchemist. Ce la vie!

Suggestions welcome! I know this won't be a power class, this is more for fun, but i DO want it to be at least moderately effective.

Well I think the dagger should do nicely. Coupled with the river rat trait and the deific obedience(pharasma) feat, Sacred weapon is just icing on the cake improving the low damage die of the dagger. I know you don't think it will be a power class but this combination is very strong.
Not personally a fan of the fire blessing but I like the fire flavour for the goblin.

Edit: Ah damn didn't notice you obviously need a god with the fire/trickery domains. That is going to be tough to find.

Remember, you don't need to apply Focus Weapon on your deity's favored weapon.

My personal advice is to go with Light Maces and get the Flame Hand and Burn! Burn! Burn! feats.

Take the Cult Leader archetype, not for the fluff but for the mechanics - light armor, sneak attack (combines well with Trickery) and more skills.

As for deities, a quick Archives of Nethys search revealed:

- Zursvaater (LE)

- Kro'akoth (CE)

Another option is Khepri (NG) for Sun/Trickery, which is not too different. Sun's Blinding Strike with Quick Blessing works like a charm with sneak attack.

You don't actually have to use your god's favored deity.

Trade in Skilled for Weapon Familiarity, and your proficient with the dogslicer, which is a light, and therefore finessable, weapon.
Use your first free Weapon Focus on dogslicers, and there ya go! They're Sacred Weapons for you, and dogslicers are cool!

As for actual deity, Zursvaater would work really well for this.
He has the Fire and Trickery domains you want, and his spiel sounds pretty nice.

"Slavery, conquest, and weapons"? Yeah, he's a giant deity, but giants are scary and powerful! This giant god will make you more powerful, like giants!

Ooo the Cult leader fits pretty much bang on, thanks :)

Cult leader with dogslicers is probably where this will end up. thanks gents :)
