Going to be starting up a Hell's Rebels campaign within the next few months, and one of my player's wants to play a Hellknight in the Order of the Torrent.
I know it's feasible, but does anyone have any specific ideas as to how best to facilitate it, given the events of Turn of the Torrent?

I believe it says somewhere that Order of the Torrent hopeful PCs should be told to lay low. The Order may not be officially decommissioned until Turn of the Torrent, but Octavio Sabinus knew the writing was on the wall and got most of his Hellknights out of the city. So I would have the level 1 player be a new recruit armiger who the lictor told to lay low for the time being. I would develop personalities for the four armigers in the Holding House and have the PC at least have met them.
Alternately, perhaps the PC has aspirations of joining the order but has not actually made contact with them yet. Let them know that the opportunity will arise for a PC to get involved in the order.

Full hellknight? Doesn't seem possible starting from level 1 considering how it's a prestige class (you need to have spent 5 skill points in intimidation and to have killed one devil with more hd than you have and this feat must have been witnessed by anothe hellknight). He might very well ASPIRE to become an Hellknight of the order of the torrent (an order with a low number of true hellknights btw), but he clearly cannot be one yet.
Let him be some sort of enforcer or aspiring initiate who for whatever reason got kicked out when Brazillai came to town. Later during the game he'll have every chance to make good with the order and be initiated by the lictor.
@ Rogar - Armiger's the term for hellknights-in-training - they're part of the Order but haven't earned full hellknight status yet. Think of squires. (And hellknights don't have to take the prestige class to be part of the order; just need to pass the devil-fight test whose proper name I'm forgetting).
So yeah, you could have a 1st level armiger of the Torrent as a PC.

"Rule" question, in this case what will be the disciplines get at 3rd level as Hellknight class prestige?
I used as first disciplines the same of the Order of the Scourge for my player.
My friends and I are still continuing our campaign but we tried something for my character As another option to work with. Cavalier archtype constable, Background mindset is devil born teifling the that is part of the local constabulary with the campaign trait favoring order of the torrent lictor Octavio. Trying to avoid spoilers, GM altered a fight somewhat when rescuing armigers so that the "fight a devil of higher HD in the presence of a hellknight" stipulation could be achieved before level 6 so that hellknight could be achieved at said level.
I personally am still curious as well if anyone had any other ideas or changes for torrent disciplines instead of just following analogous order of the scourge disciplines
