Nothing like a tourist to make you go to places you always ignored.
If all else fails there's always Lovecraft.
We may not be able to meet up until closer to 8. Hopefully that works out.
I don't care where we go, as long as it's quiet and I can have my back to the wall facing the doorway.
I was able to get that weekend off, by the way.
Outstanding

Yeah, all you need is an internet connection so you can look on Urban Dictionary. Then you're all good.

We have reprogrammed reality. Language is a virus, religion an operating system, and prayers are just so much f***ing spam. And dictionaries? Dictionaries are the redundant users manual you throw in a desk drawer after unpacking your shiny new computer. You ever read the dead tree computer manual? Didn't think so.

I was working on a final plate for class when my dog decided to start barking suddenly. I jumped. Now there's a big streak of Payne's grey across the plate.
BAD DOG.
Same dog that broke the finger?

Where in Jersey? My usual route down to the city is to take 81 S down into Pennsylvania, change over to 380 in Scranton, then hit 80 E into the New York area. Then, usually, a miracle happens, and I somehow make it to my destination within the city limits.

Ok, so I posted this over 4 and a half hours ago in the Rules thread, but haven't even gotten cricket noises. Maybe someone here can answer this question. It would be greatly appreciated.
So what kind of attack is lassoing someone around the neck? Ranged touched? CMB vs CMD? I watched "War of the Arrows" again last night and when the Mongols attacked a village they captured a lot of people by throwing a lasso around their necks and them dragging them to a place where they tied them all together and march them back toward their territory as slaves.

According to the APG:
The CRB says this for net:
An entangled creature can escape with a DC 20 Escape Artist check (a full-round action). The net has 5 hit points and can be burst with a DC 25 Strength check (also a full-round action). A net is useful only against creatures within one size category of you.
A net must be folded to be thrown effectively. The first time you throw your net in a fight, you make a normal ranged touch attack roll. After the net is unfolded, you take a –4 penalty on attack rolls with it. It takes 2 rounds for a proficient user to fold a net and twice that long for a nonproficient one to do so.
So, it seems it would be a ranged touch attack that entangles the enemy.

And I'm back!
Both back home, and back online.
(My PC had gotten the Keyboard drivers garbaged by an update, and nothing I could try to do would fix it. Or if it WOULD have fixed it, Windows wouldn't let me do it!) ;P
So, one fresh-complete-wipe-and-reinstall-later,... FINALLY back! :)
Hope everyone is doing well,
AND back to work now,... both real job, and finish loading stuff back onto the PC.
:P
