Hello,
These two orders were placed 3 1/2 weeks ago. They have not been shipped as of yet. I also have received zero communication regarding any issues that may be there regarding the orders. Very disappointed in customer service. Can you please provide an update to this order?

Hi Todd,
I'm sorry to see that these orders haven't shipped yet! Thanks for bringing them to our attention.
It looks like the goblins in the system may be a bit confused about inventory levels and availability on some of the items. I'll need to double check with the warehouse on several of the items and I'll get back to you as soon as I have more information.
