I'm really confused about this because I can't find anything that covers thrown weapons. Do I add Dex or Str to my attack roll? Would I apply this logic to the Throw Anything feat as well?
Example; The dwarf barbarian flew into a frenzy and threw her greataxe at the sharp-tongued gnome bard when he joked about how she was blushing when the young half-orc fighter hit on her.

That's good to know, I appreciate the info because, citing the core, it states that melee weapons use Strength while, ranged weapons use Dexterity, and I automatically default thrown weapons as melee in origin. Here's the SOURCE.

I'm unsure what you're linking to as it's the general combat section. Instead look at the weapon part of the equipment section."
"Weapons are grouped into several interlocking sets of categories. These categories pertain to what training is needed to become proficient in a weapon's use (simple, martial, or exotic), the weapon's usefulness either in close combat (melee) or at a distance (ranged, which includes both thrown and projectile weapons), its relative encumbrance (light, one-handed, or two-handed), and its size (Small, Medium, or Large)."
Distance weapons "includes both thrown and projectile weapons". Attacking with distance/ranged weapons use Dex. Melee weapons used in melee use strength.

Sorry Graystone, I was linking the combat section where it was referring to attack rolls. So the math would be as such.
Melee Atk Bonus = BAB + Str + Size
Melee Dmg Bonus = xdx + Wpn bonuses + Str (+1/2 on 2-hand)
Range Atk Bonus = BAB + Dex + Size + Range Penalty
Range Dmg Bonus = xdx + Wpn bonuses (+Str on Thrown)
