I am running a mythic game and some of the stats my players have are very high. I have no problem with it, the game is very high power but it cant be only a good thing for them. Now a Nymph has a charisma of 25. Nymphs beauty stops people short. The average in most cultures for a true beauty is around 18 to 20. I mention this because many people are intimidated by or stumble over their word around people like this. I want when the PCs have crazy stats there it be good and bad things that happen. They know this is coming and are ok with it so I want to have fun.
For the crazy charisma people will stumble over themselves to help while others will be bitter and jealous.
High intelligences downside is that some people might just not understand them when they talk.
I want more for all the stats since I have players that favor various stats and this will transfur over to the baddies too. Please help me have fun with this.
Thank you in advance.

The mental stats are far more shocking and alienating than the physical ones. Talking to a wizard with 30+ INT can make you question reality as you know it. Seeing a barbarian with 30+ STR usually makes you go "Damn that guy is really strong".
I once had a villain with a hilarious con score losing parts of his vital organs and still fighting on. At level 8 he had 180ish hp but a AC of -1. Yes, negative 1. He was hilarious.

Twitchy pats Ronk on the head. "Silly Ronk. I may wander off, but I always come back to you!"
Aww! Back to your question... Sometimes the high-powered games with ridiculous stats get boring because all the challenges get too easy. So... Give them some challenge. A chance to really stretch themselves with those stats.

Charisma may also inspire Jealousy in other folks that generally use Charisma in their trade.
"Wisdom describes a character's willpower, common sense, awareness, and intuition." Sherlock Holmes? Mr. Confident?
"Intelligence determines how well your character learns and reasons." Not nessisarily the most knowlagable one in the group, but someone whom adapts easily and applies things quickly. Ender Wiggin? The girl from "Tomorrowland?"
"Constitution represents your character's health and stamina." Someone who's never been sick. Ever.
"Dexterity measures agility, reflexes, and balance." Cirque du Solei acrobats?
"Strength measures muscle and physical power." I'm just thinking Mr. Incredible for some reason.
...Just some inspiration.

So a friend and I were talking about this subject.
Dexterity is agility and balance as Snively mentions so the crazy dexterity inclined people would move differently than some other, which might gain them attention. One thing she mentioned is they might over move in an evasion action. So a potential bonus to their AC but a percent to be moved to an adjacent square. When running maybe not stopping face enough?
With Charisma and Intelligence these PCs will get bonuses and penalties, pending the situation, to skills like bluff, diplomacy, and intimidate.
The high Strength might lend to accidentally breaking thing? also bonuses to intimidate.
Constitution could process potions faster. Reducing the time poisons and potions affect them. Is that an unreasonable idea.
Wisdom could get the bonuses to skill check as well. This is someone's intuition. So they might notice something the others don't notice but there is no apparent proof of it so they have to convince the party of what they think it is. I just need some scenarios for this but I like this option. The Druid will enjoy this assuming I can make it work.
Please keep the ideas coming I am a relatively newish player compared to my group and I like being able to challenge them. I have only not talked about this with one player since he is out of state. They want me to try this so I really want us to have fun with it.
