Quick draw wands?

Rules Questions

The Exchange

So I'm working on a character idea were the character is heavily focused on UMD and wands usage. My question is is there and way to make drawing a wands less than a move action. Quick draw, which I was planing on using, specifically says that you can't use it with wands.

You can draw one during a move action while doing something else.
Or get a Glove of Storing.
Or get Vestigial Arms as an alchemist.
Or a prehensile tail as a Tiefling.
Or a Spring Loaded Wrist Sheath.

Spring-loaded wrist sheathes for the win. Add in the clacker-variant wands (use-activated instead of spell-activated like a standard wand - cost multiplier of x1000 instead of x750) and you have some pretty nasty customers who you don't expect to be wielding wands ...

Is 3rd party allowed?
cause there are some great amusing wand centric ones then..
Like.. two wanding..

Where are clacker wands from?

They aren't. Personal invention after wanting some limited basic spellcasting gizmology for mundanes. My personal rule for them is that they have no range - personal use or a touch is required, making them dangerous to use in combat, but potentially very useful. (Imagine a clacker of shield, eh?) While it's definitely cheaper to have a spellcaster around, especially for anything above spell level 1 / caster level 1 clackers, it can help to have access to a minor spell, such as a clacker of cure light wounds, especially if your healer is busy, and not have to try to 'Use Magic Device' with an activation DC of 20 ...

If they don't require a UMD check, then they should probably be priced closer to potions, so a multiplier of 2500.

This is actually a character that I'm planning for PFS so no third party or house rules. Thanks for the ideas it looks like spring loaded wrist sheath is going to be my most likely option.

How about building a single wand with multiple spells on it, each with its own command word and each with its own separate number of charges. It's like having several separate wands in your hand, but instead of holding several wands simultaneously, it's just one wand with the same set of abilities that those separate wands would have.

Or, just tape a bunch of wands together into one wand-bundle. Don't like tape, use Sovereign Glue. Now you can hold them all in one hand. Make sure they don't use the same command words*...

*or make sure they DO, if you want to blast multiple wands as a single standard action! (pro tip: try not to mix your buffs and your blasts together into a single wand-bundle with one command word).

Where is the springloaded wrist sheath from? I looked in Arms and equipment and technology guide, but didn't find it.

Adventurer's Armory.

Archives of Nethys is my go-to source for finding out what source book something is from: he even has the pages so you can double-check Additional Resources for PFS legality.

General worn / use-activated gear doesn't require a UMD check; its multiplier is 2000. 50 charges takes it to 1000. If you want to go 2500/2, then 1250 per level per level; I'm staying with 1000.

Wands are slotless, multiply by 2, 2k.

Hum if pPFS be sure to check the FAQs for them and all.

I swear I heard a thing about the possibility of it working or not

There is also the Vanishing Sheath. You can buy two for the cost of a Glove of Storing. Of course the Spring Loaded Wrist Sheath is much cheaper.
