Spell Warrior Skald selecting weapon enchants?

Here's the Spell Warrior Skald archetype.

When you activate Enhance Weapons, can you choose different enhancements for each weapon? It says it they're determined when the song starts, but it's not really clear how the decision is made.

For example, say I've got a Swashbuckler, a Barbarian with Cleave, a TWF Rogue, and a Wizard. Everyone has a +1 weapon, except the Wizard has a MW staff.

Can I give the Swash Keen, the Barb Mighty Cleave, the Rogue Frost on one weapon and Flaming on the other, and the Wizard +1?

I've been playing it as the Skald performing selects one set of enchantments and all weapons get that set. Anything non-magical has to take +1 Magic first.

I don't know how it is supposed to work. I can't even tell if it is the Skald (Spell Warrior) or the recipient that is supposed to select the enchantments. I assume the Skald since that is how it works with the other Skald songs -- the Skald determines what their Raging Song gives.

I am also looking for guidance on this, I don't see anything in RAW to answer it, but maybe some more astute forumite can help us.

Anyway, since this thread I (as spell warrior skald) have been choosing the bonuses provided to the whole party, leaving weapons that are not supposed to be affected unaffected (example: if I provide +1/keen to the group, monk only get his +1 on his unarmed strike because of blunt damages.

Formatted it to link correctly.

Folks, considering one of the classes this hybrid is from being the bard, I am pretty certain it is a blanket bonus. All get the same bonus, not divided/diversified among party members.
