With the loss of Pluto as an "official" planet, property values plummeted. The "ten" have secured purchase of the entire "space body" and Dr Carol Marcus is busy working on the terraforming phase. Some setbacks have occurred particularly with the protomatter, but hopes are to have Planet Five-Star ready for habitation by spring, thus permanently correcting the over-crowding issue on Five-Star Island.

Bob is correct. With the plethora of new options for specials/exclusives, I predict an explosion in the numbers soon.
