There is a weapon enchant that allows your weapon to count as a divine focus, create reliquary arms and armor, but sadly it isn't PFS legal.
The item Holy Symbol (tattoo) is another way to get a holy symbol, and it even has designer explanation that you don't need a free hand.

Even with the tattoo you still need a free hand for somatic components.

There's also consecrated weapon from the Channel Foci section of Adventurer's Armory. It's a mundane addition to a weapon that makes it a holy symbol. It only adds 150gp to the cost. Just make sure you have a second holy symbol in case you're ever disarmed. The specific benefit of Consecrated Weapon isn't that great, but it's a cheap way to turn a weapon into a holy symbol. I have it on my melee Oracle/Warpriest's Elven Curved Blade.

As many have suggested your weapons counting as holy symbols is helpful, however it doesn't take care of the somatic component. (They will however act as a focus, now) For somatic components you either need a free hand or still spell. (Or a weapon like a cestus that both acts as a weapon and a free hand)

...I have a suggestion that works great for my Sorc/Fight/DD that dual-wields kukri...
Free Action to put one of the weapons in the other hand.
Standard Action cast spell.
Free Action to return weapon to original hand.
Most folks are strong enough to hold two relatively heavy items in one hand for a couple of seconds, so I see no reason why you can't hold one pommel between your pinky and ring fingers and another pommel between your thumb and index finger for the 2 seconds it takes you to wave your other arm around for before returning it to your free hand.

This probably isn't a good idea to try for PFS. It's something the majority of GMs would be at least leery about allowing. Doubly so in PFS, where GMs aren't supposed to give non-RAW rulings to throw a bone to a player.
