So if I take the animal domain with Sacred Huntsmaster (inquis archetype ) , and get a second ANC does that ANC benefit from:
Hunter Tactics (Ex): At 3rd level, a sacred huntsmaster automatically grants her teamwork feats to her animal companion. The companion doesn't need to meet the prerequisites of these teamwork feats.
or
Improved Empathic Link (Su): At 8th level, the sacred huntsmaster gains an empathic link with her animal companion. This functions like an empathic link with a familiar, except the sacred huntsmaster can also see through a companion's eyes as a swift action, maintaining this connection as long as she likes (as long as the companion is within 1 mile) and ending it as a free action. The sacred huntsmaster is blinded while maintaining this connection. This ability replaces second judgment.

How do you gain the second as most feats and/or archetypes state stacking over a new acquisition.
are you asking how do i get the second animal companion?
if that is what you are asking this is how.the Sacred Huntsmaster Inquisitor gets an animal companion at 1 st level.
2) he also gets a domain , witch you can take animal , witch at 4 th level you get and animal companion level - 3 ( then you take boon companion)

You don't get a second AC. See Divine Hunter archetypes for Hunters for the sidebar rule about Animal Domain.

that is for a different class , all together , it is deffinately nat RAW and i am not sure it is RAI the divine hunters pet would be level -5 , in that case i think the +2 to stats might be better
unless i missing something , going by the PRD at the moment

You don't get a second companion, the levels just stack. It is a wasted Domain for a AC class. They only way to get a second AC is to get a mount that acts as an AC, like a Cavalier mount, unless your original AC happens to be one that can also be a mount. A great domain for that AC would be Growth, the free Enlarges work well on it. But if you really want that extra AC, the Chivalry Inquisition would work. If so no the teamwork feat only work for the Hunter's AC and not the mount.

You're right that the Sidebar is in a different class' (Hunter) chapter. The rules do not specifically call out the Inquisitor Sacred Huntmaster.
However, this is how I logic out the rules as intended:
1. No class, archetype, feat, or PrC grants a second fully scaling animal companion. Not Beastmaster, not Huntsmaster.
2. Divine Hunter is a pet class, so, if it were to grant a second AC, that would be the class to do it, and it specifically does not.
3. Sacred Huntmaster is an archetype that grants an AC to a non-pet class by trading out the base class' core feature (Judgement). Therefore, I find it more probable that the person assigned the Sacred Huntmaster archetype failed to consider the interaction between the swapped features and the Animal Domain than I find it that the author intended the Archetype to create a better pet class than Druid, Hunter, or Ranger.
So in the realm of GM fiat, I would personally rule that it worked like a boosted Boon Companion, granting Level-3 in bonus Druid Level Equivalents for multiclassing. I would not, however, rule two fully scaling ACs with all the perks.
