So I want to play a Halfling swashbuckler with an emphasis on parry. The issue I am having though is the -2 to attack for the parry ability for each size category larger the opponent is in comparison. So the question would be if there is any way to mitigate this?

You already get +1 because you are small. And swashbuckler get large amounts of to hit from full bab and weapon training. Get normal +to hit feats(weapon focus and greater weapon focus) and use risky striker since your AC is gonna take back seat to parrying.
You can also take blade of mercy trait and the enforcer feat to debuff there to hit a bit. The adabtable luck alternate racial trait combined with the fates favored trait will give you +2 on 3 Rolls pr Day after you know if it worked or not, that is amazing.
Cap. Darling: Doing inspired blade (rapier archetype) so no blade of mercy but get weapon focus for free. Risky striker is one of the main reasons I am considering halfling instead of human. Menacing swordplay deed is enforcer feat but as a swift action instead of free so I, at least personally, find the combo a bit redundant. I REALLY like that adaptable luck trick with fates favored and might have to take that.

The blade of mercy, enforcer combo have the advantage of making them frigthend on crits, not casting your swift and have a longer duration.
There is also the big game hunter feat. And the battle cry feat but that will brush against your swift actions. And dosent stack too well with heroism.
I feel that big game hunter does not give me enough benefit. I really wish it scaled with size instead of just being a static bonus vs large or larger. I will have to agree that the battle cry feat is action expensive and probably not the best option but is worth looking at.
My other big issue with enforcer is that it requires non lethal damage and I would have to spend money/feat to deal non lethal with a rapier.
Anyone else have any recommendations?
