↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

According to comiclist, the most recent expected release date for Pathfinder Origins #5 was June 17, and that was last updated on May 31. Whether it remains a 6/17 release or not is up to Dynamite, but even if it releases on time, it missed this month's shipping window by at least a week.
Ahm hopeful that them thar ranchers can keep them thar herds of steers off of them thar tracks...
Hey, quick question: in my authorization email, my Pathfinder Battles Dungeons Deep case is listed as $80 more than the last case was (for Lost Coast), yet the price listed online is the same. Why the difference? Same price, same subscription discount, yet a different final amount?

It should be $279.99. We've paused the auth to find out why the pricing on it is not correct and will be correcting the people who have had it auth at the higher amount shortly.

I think someone needs to explain to Sara Marie what "surprise" means....
Price on battles that were spawned already have been updated and we've restarted the process using the correct price.

The price of my case looks correct, however I dont see any mention of the promo figure. I know there have been some issues with that displaying in 'upcoming subscriptions' but it seems like it should have been included in the authorisation email.
(Order # 3565135, for reference).

I can still be sad about it. Mostly because shipping just the one comic to Sweden is a bit too pricey, so that one week until it first is available becomes at least a month fof me. I'm not blaming Paizo for it. I'm not even blaming Cosmo for it - them's the breaks. But I stand by my :(

I just don't want people to assume they are getting something extra surprising besides the usual promo card (which card game subscribers already expect from the card deck) and then getting confused when they can't find it.

At this point, if your subscription stayed on the auth train and isn't at your order station, please let us know via, email, phone or a separate messageboard thread so we can investigate!
(Translation without the locomotive metaphor: If your subscriptions didn't create a June order or go into a pending order, please let us know!)

A small portion of orders were initially missed in the auth/order spawning from June 4th. I'm generating those orders now and we will get them shipped out as soon as possible along with the remaining June new releases.
Just got an Auth Email, was wondering what was taking so long. however it didnt apply my store credit towards the order in the sidecart and it looks like it is charging my card the full amount.

I have given it a poke so it should be set to use the store credit now. Your card should only be charged for the difference when the charge if finalized upon shipping.

Seems like most (all?) of the side-carted Bigger Basic maps didn't get pushed into subscriptions. This calls for investigation!Any word as to what the issue was regarding the Bigger Basic map not being pushed over?
I can't find a reason that it didn't get pushed into orders from the sidecart. If you want it right away, send CS and email and we can give it a nudge for you, otherwise it will go out with July (and I'll make sure that it going into orders is tested before that auth run).
