Question: does the Oread Monk Favored Bonus of +1/3 Critical Hit Confirmation per Level stack with the Snake Sidewind Feat?
Oread Monk: Add +1/3 on critical hit confirmation rolls made with unarmed strikes(maximum bonus of +5). This bonus does not stack with critical focus.
Snake Sidewind: While using the Snake style feat, whenever you score a critical threat with your unarmed strike, you can make sense motive check in place of the attack roll to confirm the critical hit.

I would actually think not.
Just like things that add to AC don't affect Snake Style's sense motive replacement of AC, I think in this case your Sense Motive roll completely replaces your critical roll (and that bonus from favored class only applies to crit rolls). It does however mean that any bonuses you have to Sense Motive do apply.
I think it could but i dont see how it could be worth it. 12 levels to get one feat worth of stuff is unimpressive. Better to spend a feat on skill focus and get the hitpoints.
They definitely do not stack.
