What I want to make is a planetouched that doesn't seem to exist in pathfinder or as far as I could find in 3.5 either. I want to make a planetouched from the Far Realm. I don't want to make a new race or anything because I want to be able to play this character in other games later on, so I gues what I'm asking is what would you use (Race, Feats) to make a Far Realm Planetouched?

I'm not terribly famiar with this but my first thought is an abberent bloodline sorcerer or something along those lines. Even if it doesn't match perfectly delve into various bloodlines and see if a cross blooded sorcerer with two bloodlines doesn't fit.
Failing that the last thing that comes to my mind is an oracle. The curses, especially the physical ones, represent far realm effects fairly well.

Off the top of my head, I don't know of anything specifically like what you are looking for in any of the 3.5 materials I've seen.
But, I wouldn't let that stop me.
I'm pretty sure it would be easy enough to "re-fluff" existing races, classes, feats, and so on to accomplish whatever you have in mind.
For example, start with a Half-Orc.
Scratch out the word "Half-Orc", and write in "Plane-Touched".
Scratch out the generic Half-Orc description, and replace it with a few words taken at random from an H.P. Lovecraft pastiche ("rugose",
"shambling", "eldritch", "cyclopean", "abnormal", "accursed", "daemoniac", "gibbous", "gibbering", "squamous", "tentacled", "stygian", etc.)
Don't care for the "Half-Orc"? Try "Tiefling", "Undine", "Ifrit", "Oread", "Sylph"....
Dump CHA to represent your unearthly appearance, or WIS to represent insanity, etc.
Apply Aberrant Bloodline Sorcerer as described by someone above.
Or, choose a Druid with Wild Shape and refluff the animal shapes into something from John Carpenter's "The Thing".
Or, Cleric with obvious domains like Chaos, Darkness, Destruction, Madness, or something a little less obvious like Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, or Plant, re-fluffed into something a Colour Out of Space might be proud of.
Or, a Pact Wizard... or Mutation Warrior Fighter, or Hungry Ghost Monk, or Witch, or Oracle, or....

As Imbicatus said, Dark Tapestry Oracle could work quite well. You could even take the Eldritch Heritage feat line and pick up some of the powers of the Aberrant Bloodline if you really wanted too (though the first level power is a little weak). <Edit: Oh, if you go this route pick up the Wolf-Scarred Face curse and reskin it to look like whatever you want if you want a more monstrous appearance. You could do this and go dual-cursed Oracle and take deaf as your second curse to offset. It'd be a challenge to play, but might work well as a whole package. Remove elements from this to dial down from 11 as needed.>
Bloodrager also has an Aberrant Bloodline if you want the alien physiology feel without as much spell-casting.
The Madness and Void Domains would also be thematically appropriate, though the powers they'd grant would be derived less from your own nature than from an outer being.
And, of course, there's always the Summoner.

I am going through a similar quest, but with Deep Abyssal instead of Far Realm/Dark Tapestry affiliation.
Closest I can think of would be Qlippoth spawn tiefling.
For the above, I have actually been doing research for a similar idea, but starting with the premise of a Qlippoth-spawn Tiefling character for (preferably non-Mythic) Wrath of the Righteous -- Qlippoths hate Demons too!
Originally I was going to make him be a Planar Oracle of the Outer Rifts (with reskinned Wasting Curse to reflect alien appearance and mindset), which has great thematic fit but the following mechanical problems: no martial weapon proficiency without dipping or consuming a precious feat; I stumbled upon Mutant Eye and it was just too cool to pass up, but being a Magic Trait, using this means I can't use Magical Knack to offset caster level loss from dipping (which really hurts when many of your enemies will have Spell Resistance); and Qlippoth-spawn Tiefling doesn't work well as an Oracle without at least 25 point buy anyway, due to having the wrong ability score adjustments, unless I left Intelligence dumped, which is incompatible with the background and skills I wanted. I considered Inquisitor, but this is deity-bound and still has martial weapon proficiency deficiency if you are bound to a mystery deity (at least according to this thread). So I have currently decided on Slayer (flavor and ability fit is not too shabby if you ditch the desire for spellcasting), but first dipping a couple of levels in Lore Warden Fighter to get feats I need (and fully dumping Charisma to reflect alien nature, since classes other than Oracle can't get Oracle's Curse). (As of this posting, the build is still on paper and not yet transcribed to the link above, although I plan to remedy that soon.)
Surprised that Pathfinder doesn't yet have planetouched races connected to the Dark Tapestry, Axis, or the Maelstrom/Limbo.
