Looking for 2-3 More for a D&D 4E Adventure on the Astral Sea!

Recruitment

I'm starting up a 4E game this weekend that aims to be a mix of "Pirates on the High Seas" and "Weird 70s Science Fiction" set in the Astral Sea--"Pirates of the Caribbean meets Spelljammer" I've been telling my friends. As it turns out we have a couple of spots open, so for those Paizo fans who aren't afraid of encounter powers, I extend the invitation!

This game will be a v-chat game using Skype and Maptool (vb89). Character creation is mostly standard. Themes and non-campaign backgrounds are allowed. There are a number of homebrew races and skills related to the setting--I'll get a link up to them in an hour or so.

I'll also be putting up some homebrew rules for ship-vs.-ship combat. I picked up the High Seas book from EN publishing, but I feel the rules given within don't quite fit a 4E style game, so I've been using them as a base. Concept wise, I don't want handling the ship to overtake naval combat given the big-hero style of 4E play so that players ought to be able to stat themselves out how they like without having to specialize too much in being good at ships or cannons, but still be able to fight and contribute during naval combat.

We will be starting this Sunday at around 6 PM, Central Standard. If you are interested or have questions about what the hell I'm talking about, you can post them here or search me out on Skype as Mercaius. I'll be around all weekend setting things up.
