I have an Exemplar Brawler, and will soon gain the Tactician ability. The obvious great choice is Lastwall Phalanx, but there will be many parties (this is for PFS) and situations where it will not be terribly useful. If there are a lot of sneak attackers, Outflank would make sense. What are some other teamwork feats that can be great in certain circumstances?

The various Charge teamwork feats, as well as Spirit of the Corps (oh, sweet MAMA Spirit of the Corps).
The only problem with Tactician/Teamwork Feats is that Teamwork Feats generally require TEAMWORK - something that seriously seems to be lacking in a lot of PFS tables (where, it seems, the general mindset is "it's all about me" rather than working as a team).
If you're playing in a group where everyone actually works together, take Teamwork Feats that best suit your group's typical MO.
If you're playing in PFS and don't know what the group does, then look for Teamwork Feats which require the least actual teamwork.

A few others that get better when everyone has them:
Escape Route (moves adjacent to allies with the feat don't provoke attacks of opportunity - note that this doesn't just help with "escape" it can also help with getting into position to attack a creature with reach or to arrange for flanking)
Lookout is actually not great as a Tactician feat as it only applies during the surprise round (so only helpful if both you get to act in the surprise round and can grant it to others who could then act in the round)
Paired Opportunists (+4 on attacks of opportunity) can combine well if you have other feats or party members who can provoke enemies to take actions that generate AoOs)
Shake it Off - can be a huge boost to saves but does require adjacent allies so you are in perfect fireball etc formation - but is a feat that is much much better with everyone having it
Broken Wing Gambit - another feat that is far better if everyone has it - lets you grant an opponent you hit a bonus to attack you - but if they attack you with that bonus, that attack provokes AoO's - situational but can generate a lot of AoOs with the right situation - and if combined with Paired Opportunists....
Duck and Cover - somewhat situation but another feat that gets better the more people have it - lets you all take the highest roll for a reflex saw you all have to make (i.e. generally against an AoE) AND if someone with the feat is using a shield the other sixth the feat can get a +2 Cover bonus vs Ranged Attacks. If you do use an allies role you are either knocked prone or staggered if you are already prone or can't be knocked prone - so there is a drawback - but generally speaking it is better to make your save but be knocked prone than to you fail your save against a big AoE spell. Works exceptionally well if many in the party have Evasion.

Precise strike, outflank, and volley fire seen like some of the best options to me. You want feats that are useful (too many teamwork feats are not) are useful to a wide variety of characters (shieldwall is only useful if everyone has a shield), and are useful after combat has started (it's too late to grant lookout then). At higher levels, opportunity fire and coordinated charge look very useful.

Excellent one.
Also, I'm quite fond of Paired Opportunist combined with another AoO trigger such as Greater Bull Rush (and Shield Slam) or maybe Snake Fang.
Snake Fang+Paired Opportunist is an obvious choice. Snake Fang is an AoO hair trigger, and then the whole party gets to join in.
Shield Slam, GBR and Paired Opportunist is sort of the mirror image of Snake Fang. You give everybody else an AoO with every Bull Rush, getting a free Bull Rush with every Shield Bash, then Paired Opportunist lets you get one, too. Then your Attack of Opportunity can be another Shield Bash, followed by another Great Bull Rush, followed by another round of AoO's...
