for my half-orc paladin of Torag i planned on making a orc double axe from forge-fiend teeth and then making it intelligent but i would like some advice before i do it.
if you didn't know schanderig(forge fiend) teeth can rip though every metal except adammantine.
This is basically GM-territory, even without the new material.

There is nothing like this in the rules.
If I were your GM I would simply make the teeth part work exactly like Adamantine.
As for having an intelligent weapon, that's completely the purview of your GM, as is all custom magical item creation.
