Okay, so I'm making a MoMS for a game, and focusing on Crane and Boar Style at the moment.
So I've got all three Crane style feats, and the base Boar Style. Let's say I'm in Crane Style, fighting defensively. An enemy attacks me, I deflect the attack (it misses), which gives me an attack of opportunity. I hit the attack, then get to make another unarmed strike on my turn, which also hits. So I've hit the enemy with two unarmed strikes in one round, right? Does that proc the 2d6 rend damage from Boar Style?
Edit: Also just realized that this should be in a different section of the boards, sorry!

Specifically, the wording is:
"Benefit: You can deal bludgeoning damage or slashing damage with your unarmed strikes—changing damage type is a free action. While using this style, once per round when you hit a single foe with two or more unarmed strikes, you can tear flesh. When you do, you deal 2d6 bleed damage with the attack."
So if I got an AoO on an enemy on their turn using Crane Style, then hit them again on my actual turn, would I be able to apply the 2d6 damage?

To my knowledge, rounds are measured from beginning of turn to beginning of next turn individually for each actor*. My "next round" might start before your "next round", or after it, depending on initiative order. There is no distinct start/end to a given round in combat that would apply to all actors therein.
The above is why a 1-round effects end at the beginning of your next turn instead of at the top of initiative order.
As such, you have to count your attacks over again when it reaches your turn. So in this case the answer is no, but would be yes if the inverse happened. The AoO happens in the same round as your last turn, then your new round starts when you get to your turn again so the counter resets. However, if you hit on your turn then hit with an AoO before your next turn, the extra damage would apply.
*Technically it's for each effect, but the effect takes the timing of whoever initiated it. These two are only different if the character subsequently uses ready/delay to change initiative.

I have only a hazy idea what your character does, but consider-
"Snapping Turtle Clutch (Combat)
Your unarmed style allows you to turn your opponent’s attack into an opportunity.
Prerequisite: Snapping Turtle Style, Improved Grapple, Improved Unarmed Strike, base attack bonus +3 or monk level 3rd.
Benefit: While you are using the Snapping Turtle Style feat, the shield bonus the style grants to your AC applies to your CMD and touch AC. Whenever an opponent misses you with a melee attack while you are using the Snapping Turtle Style feat, you can use an immediate action to attempt a grapple combat maneuver against that opponent, but with a –2 penalty."
It seems to do the same thing as crane style, but as a grapple. But Crane style gives you an attack of opportunity, this gives you an attack as an immediate action. So you can still use the AoO later. And AoOs are especially important for your character as they may trigger Boar Style.
By the sounds of things, combat reflexes and style master may be good feats for your guy too.

Curious - are you just a MoMS? I don't think I've ever heard of anyone playing one as anything but a dip. :P
I played one to level 9. It was pretty fun. I had 5 styles and style master, at 8 the 3 style fuse is great and the other two were su=situational
I had an answer for almost any martial and could pounce :3
