By Raw (for PFS) do the Eldritch Scion and Spell Dancer magus archtypes work together?

No, both change the way you Arcane Pool works.

Why would you want to combine two of the worst Magus archetype?

No they both modify arcane pool.

Grand Lodge

raw :
no, as they both alter the same class feature : arcane pool

Better to play extra awful magus than two awful magi separately?

Some people like the concept/theme behind an archetype. Personally, I LOVE the Eldritch Scion for being a magus that doesn't lug an obtrusive book everywhere he goes. I wish the archetype had existed back when I made my first PFS character Which is currently (Sorcerer/4, Fighter/1, Dragon Disciple/2). Eldritch Scion/7 is so much more succinct and fits the original character concept better, unfortunately, retraining is expensive and costs PP. 2 deaths has left me drained of that resource.

I love the concept behind the Eldritch Scion, too (I vastly prefer spontaneous to prepared casting), but the actual execution is so bad as to be almost unplayable.

Sovereign Court

heh I would play an eldritch scion if it is a game starting at a higher level. At the low levels, it's too much of a pain.

Lantern Lodge

At first glance, it seems it'd work well after level 8...

Before then, it's, well... yeah.

Now, awful would be mixing myrmridarch with spell blade O.o

depends if the ranged spellstrike only references spellstrike or relies on it existing.
