I put forward
Liberus Influxus (Book of Collective Influence) from Amora Games. I have yet to see so much original class design concentrated into one book.
Ultimate Psionics from Dreamscarred Press. Balanced, fun, and has something for every type of player.
Path of War from Dreamscarred Press. Mostly balanced, very fun, good imagination going into it. Every person who I've played with using these classes felt like real martial masters as opposed to moving turrets.
Spheres of Power from Drop Dead Studios made an amazing magic replacement system for Pathfinder along with some really cool magic using classes.
Blood Forge from Dreamscarred Press has some really fun writing going into it explaining these.... unique... racial hybids. The races were right on par with a lot of core races and the PrCs are fun to imagine.

Path of War, Akashic Mysters, Ultimate Psionics, and the Psionic Bestiary were my favorites from Dreamscarred Press.
Liberus Influxus from Amora Games contained very fun and imaginative classes. Two thumbs up (or 6 if you are a metamorph).
Drop Dead Studios released their fantastic Spheres of Power magic system.

Lierus Influxus, Ultimate Psionics, Akashic Mysteries are my big three.
As a whole the Talented Class line from RGG is fantastic. I know those started in 2013, but there were some fantastic additions this year.
Really Simple Prestige Clases, Ancient Classes were a could of small ones from LRGG that were really nice.
Ultimate Ethermagic (Interjection) while an update to previous material, is really nice as well - and if UP is allowable, so is this.

As a fan of Wuxia movies I was thrilled to see Dragon-Tiger-Ox by LRGG. There have been many attempts to bring the East to D20 systems over the years but this one I feel does it best.

So awesome to see two of the projects I worked on, Liber Influxus and Akashic Mysteries, getting multiple mentions. Thank you!
I'd like to add Celadon Shores from Alluria Press to the list. As I've come to expect from Alluria, the art is gorgeous, the mechanics are sound, and the fluff is spectacular. Combining the fresh water rules for their aquatic setting with the awesome Asian themes was pure genius.

The Battlelord feels like a new take on "commanding" martials. Based on the class features I believe that in game it will make someone feel like a real officer more than any other class.

:D
I literally just wrote the martial class I wanted to play with the Battlelord; pretty much every class feature was just me trying to open paths to play characters like Dujek Onearm from the Malazan Book of the Fallen, Cable from the old school X-Force comics (minus the TK), Matt Cauthon from The Wheel of Time, and all of those other commander types who just don't click well into the existing classes.

Just wanted to drop a comment here... I haven't mentioned AM because (unless I'm on crack) it's not actually done. I'll likely be happy to read the final and add it to a best-of-2015 list next January.

I felt those were so good in their WiP States that they were better than a good deal of material I bought that was finished; so I mentioned some of them.
Good point though.

Path of War and to a lesser extent Akashic Mysteries suffer from 1 fairly major problem in my eyes. There are no "generic" users of those system
We don't have a "fighter" in Path of War, but Paladins, Rangers and Swashbucklers (to extend a metaphor) - all very fine classes but all very specific in approach and style.
Akashic Vizier is a little more open, but there is a similar problem - no Wizard just Witches and Alchemists.
It's very difficult to play a flavor you like within the context of Initiators or Akashic users. You have generic users of Aracane and Divine magic and Martial types.. we need them for this.
I would love to see an initiator that is sorta similar to the fighter - does initiator maneuvers but whether the character is a gambler, a happy go lucky guy, a leader, or a grim weapon user was up to the player, rather than having the flavor baked into the class.
And I've spent too much word count on a personal pet peeve that is only slightly marring two very good books. And this is supposed to for the best - so let me add a couple more.
Every Mythic Magic book but out by Legendary has been amazing. Well actually all of their Mythic stuff has been amazing.

That's why I can't wait for Path of War Expanded to come along and give the Paizo classes initiator archetypes, so that instead of a fighter type initiator you can just play a Fighter who is an initiator.

Small point on the Path of War, but for Akashic mysteries what sort of generic flavor can there be? In general Akashic power is esoteric and caries a ton of flavor, so I don't think a flavor divorced version would work at all.
As for Warlord you just need an archetype that makes presences not affect allies, replaces teamwork feats with skill feats, and replaces the tactician like ability with some athleticism boosting ability and boom flavorless. No need to make a blatant Fighter+ archetype.

I really disagree with this,
Warder, tanky guy
Stalker, monk or rogue
Warlord, cool fighter
Daevic, barbarian (you can easily ignore the semi-possessed fluff)
Guru, monk
Vizier, wizard.
As for my list; Akashic Mysteries even though it isn't fully out. Even tried to get all my friends to buy it, which I haven't done with other tabletop products.

To be honest a Warlord Archetype like that, and about 15 new Mystic Attunements for the Vizier - the three that we have are very specific in flavor (super leader, support, super item guy) would solve my issue.
And Milo - what I was trying to get at... If you take a group you could have the classic 4 - Fighter, Rogue (yeah underpowered, but bear with me in concept) Wizard and Cleric or even a Psion. These are "generic classes" - each one can fill multiple archetypes (without mechanical archetypes). There isn't one of those in either both. A Warlord like Insain Dragoon described (or the stuff in extended) and the Vizier has that potential, but with only three choices it is very limited that way.
The only reason I comment is that I love both books, and want them to be flawless and to me it is a very minor flaw. Part of it, I think, stems from the fact that those systems were not open content and the "generic" versions were in the originals, so it was hard to do without IP/(c) infringement, whereas psionics were open - I try and imaging a psionic book where the Psion were not available, and it would end up feeling very much like these two. And as the flaw is there, minor though it is, it's like a itch that you keep scratching at... not something major, and becomes a background annoyance.
I still have purchased both, and will do the same for any followups. Just a minor thing.

Ultimate Psionics
I was on the fence about psionics in general and Ultimate Psionics presented an opportunity to get on board and have everything so I looked it up on d20pfsrd and got the book. Having it feels as essential as having the core rulebook. Unfortunately barely any of my players want to use it when I allow it.
Deep Magic
This is my candidate for what Ultimate Magic should have been. More than just new spells and options for casters but brings new kinds of magic in new kinds of ways, and even a few ways to bring magic to your non-magical classes via runes and incantations. Beyond that it brings flavor and themes to magic as well as tools to make it more dynamic.
Thunderscape
At first I felt like Thunderscape failed a bit because its technological equipment wasn't terribly expanded upon. But Thunderscape won me over with it's classes, races and imagination. It has become my go-to for rules in playing Dungeon-punk Pathfinder. But seriously, the classes are gold.
Spheres of Power
Over in the thread on Spheres of Power I noted a lot of opinions about the new magic system in it. For me it's magic that makes sense within the logic of the rest of the game, moreso than typical vancian casting. It works, its linear, it isn't a slave to 15 min workday casting. Some would want to simply replace casting with spheres because its so good and sensible.
New Paths Compendium.
If I had to sum up NPC in one phrase it would be 'filling in the gaps'. It simply fills in blank spots that seem logical. We have a full bab nature and divine caster so we added Arcane. We have a spontaneous cleric and wizard spell list user, why not a spontaneous druid, and the list goes on. So much about New Paths 'feels right' and every option feels like a natural extension of the game.

This is a longer list – these are books that I read and immediately wanted to throw any character I was playing aside to use something in the book, or took a concept that I had drifting around in my mind and gave it form- gave me mechanics for the ideas I had. These are also books that as a GM I read and immediately incorporated into my games. I brought up a small negative in a positive thread – so consider it “penence” :D
Ulitmate Psioncs, Akashic Mysteries, Path of War - Dreamscarred . I love new classes and new mechanical systems to use with them. DSP has been amazing in taking older abandoned things and bringing them back to life – and making them better than the older material. All three of these have seen play in my games
Ultimate Ethermagic – Interjection. A very complex class, but I loved the flavor and approach. My favorite blast-all-day class.
Age of Electrotech, – Radiance House. Another complex classes, and a“tech” class that really works. I really loved the feel of them.
New Path Compendium, Deep Magic – Kobold. Some of these classes I would never use (all of the “race” classes) some were solid that filled a needed niche (Spell-less Ranger among others) and a few just blew me away. The Savant, Theurge, Battle Scion – those three were worth the price of the book by themselves. Deep Magic is just simple the best book of spells this year, and a lot of other stuff too.
Libre Influxus Communis - Amora. WiP, but what is out is worth it to be on this list. Like the book above, it has a few classes I will likely never use, a couple that are perfect filling in some niche – and some that made my jaw drop and inspire me to use them (Conduit, Metamorph, Mystic, Survivor, Umbra and Warloghe).
The Talented Guide to: Barbarian, Ranger – RGG. I love this line completely. I play HERO a lot too, and the flexibility in these reminds some of that (without the math). Plus in Barbarian there was a “Talented Warrior” that has a framework to use pieces from the Barbarian, Fighter and Cavalier; letting you play your own hybrid class effectively. Owen did the same thing for Rogue and Monk as well. For someone who prefers more flexibility that is normally found in the system – these are fantastic.
Compendium Arcanum: Variable level spells – D20PFSRD. Timothy Wallace is a fan of Cook's Arcana Unearthed. His blog has been publishing Pathfinder versions of a lot of stuff from that. He also took the idea of variable level spells from that book (a 2nd level spell that can be cast at lower power as a 1st level, and at higher power at 3rd level) and adapted Pathfinder spells to that system. It's fantastic.
Kitsune Compendium – Everyman Gaming. This is one of the best race books I have ever ready. Gave flavor, background, mechanics and just really made playing a Kitsune seem really cool.
The Various Mythic Spells books – Legendary. As someone who is a fan of Mythic (while being aware of it's issues) these were a fantastic addition. I kickstarted for the Mythic Mania, and if these are any indication of what we will see, I've even more stoked for what is coming than I already was (which is a feat in and of itself).
Spheres of Power - Drop Dead Studios. Another WiP but what is out makes this list. A very flexible innovative magic system with a lot of classes and archtypes for standard classes to utilize it.

One thing you may be surprised by is the fluff. There's a lot of fluff but I failed to mention it because I intended to use the material for homebrew campaigns. Overall I think you made a good purchase, the classes alone are worth the price. To elaborate:
The Arbiter fills in as the a super tank but also an INT based martial that's actually useful.
The Entomancer filled a role that I didn't know was missing as what's essentially a 'bug druid'.
The Fallen is one of my favorites. It clings to the fluff but in homebrews comes off as sort of a pseudo-sorcerer in flavor. Basically someone that is 'tainted' by evil. Libre Influxus brought on the Warloghe which runs a similar theme but The Fallen wound up spell-less, so I think the flavor was desired.
Golemoids lets you have cyborg powers since races cant contribute too much power. If that doesn't sound awesome take one look at the 'iconic' golemoid, the steam-powered-hammer weilding robo-tiger-man. Also it's pretty mechanically sound and adds loads of fun things to do. It is one of my favorite full BAB classes right now as it feels like what would become of a Fighter when magic becomes more normalized.
The Mechamage as just a wizard with a robot is the most boring of the bunch but seems kinda nessasary. The writs do bring a lot of customization to the robot so there's quite a bit of excitement in exchange for losing three entire schools of spells.
The Seer I didn't particularly like until I played one. It is amazing.
The Steamwrite is the book's primary 'artificer' class in that it makes the gadgets. It does the job well. Next to LJP's The Machinesmith, it is my favorite gadget class.
The Thaumaturge is one of those classes that allow you to 'shift' classes. Basically you have low bab, d6 HD and all bad saves but you get 'legends' that allow you to morph into a new class and gain the legend's saves, BAB and get some bonus HP. It is my current class shifting class by being simple and meaningful. About the only downside is that so far there aren't any caster shifts but I'm okay without them.
The Thunderscout is pretty much a Motorcycle wizard or an arcane ranger. Full BAB, 4/9 casting and a vehicle that scales like an animal companion.
Honestly aside from the concept of manite and manite engines and manite implants the items don't add much to the game d20pfsrd publishing made something that made steam points a thing similar to energy in the Technology Guide but I left my review on that product and it wasn't good. However the concept of steam points and steam cells mirroring the power and batteries in the Technology Guide allows one to file off the serial numbers of technology guide stuff and make them steam powered.
