Or less then polite, I hope nobody takes it personally. My wife started a new chemo drug ten days ago and it has been unexpectedly effective in wiping out her immune system. She's been at the hospital since Monday evening, will be there for at least 2-3 more days, and I'm far, far behind on my sleep. I say this only because this community has become important to me.

The change in aggressiveness has been noticeable. Now we know why. Do try to get sleep, it will help you focus and get threw this difficult time. Wishing you both the best...

So sorry that you're having to go through that and watched a loved one suffer. That's a pain unlike any other. Prayers and best wishes for the both of you, because she needs you to be her strength, and that's no easy feat for either of you.
That sounds pretty rough, Cal. Best wishes for you two. I have had a few similar experiences, but each person's is thier own with all that they bring.
I would say that you're actually being pretty polite despite this happening. It must be incredibly stressful and exhausting for you (all these months) and more so right now.

Nope, your not alone.
Normaly i don´t give new year´s eve a second thought, but this year?
I´ll celebrate when it is finally over.
