the "pyro" gnome alternative racial trait increase your caster level by 1 for all fire spells.
in rise of the runelords the trait "outsider" has 3 options. loreseeker gives +1 to dc and caster level to 3 spells on arcane cster list. the 2nd option of the trait add +2 t oinitiative and the 3rd is basicly like loreseeker but to divine(3 psells get +1 dc and caster level).
there are a lot of traits that increase caster level for 1 spell or shcool like divinition etc.
i think some bloodline of the sorcerer does the same with respect to certen school\ energy but im not sure.
btw IF you do ifnd ways to increase your caster level. you might find this feat usefull for you since you have more then one caster list but devided caster levels and thous lower level spells then avrage.

I really wouldn't make a Mystic Theurge without using early entry to minimize the caster level loss, and even then I don't think it's worth it. If you want to make a theurge, I would look at making a character is a single class character that has a spell list that contains spells that are normally arcane and divine.
Witch, Shaman, Druid(especially Naga Aspirant or Urban Druid, or Storm Druid), Oracle, and White Mage arcanist are all good single class alternatives for the design goal of "Mystic Theurge".

The feat Varisian Tattoo gives you +1 caster level for one school of magic. The feat Bloatmage Initiate does the same thing, but it comes with a drawback rather than a bonus.
The Human favored class bonus for Clerics makes their caster level double to punch through the SR of outsiders.
Other than the Ioun Stone I can't think of any other straight +1 CL boosts without conditions attached.

Since you mentioned Divine spells - Anointing Oil will do it, though it must be a 'harmless' spell, takes a full round action to cast, and will chip away 20 gold a cast.
