So, I'm working on this Weapon Finesse guide, and perhaps I'm reading too deeply into the Weapon Finesse and other abilities that support it's use, but I need help with it at this point.
This is an attempt to essentially Convert a One-Handed and/or Two-Handed Weapon, that is not Normally Finessable, into a Finessable Weapon. The First Catch: It needs to be converted in a way, that the 1:3 Power Attack value can be obtained; On top of being Finessable. The Second Catch is that this is based on a Qinggong Monk with Weapon Finesse, Weapon Focus(whatever), and Crusader's Flurry. For now, I can pretend any Favored Weapon exists(though I'm editing for RAW later).
Not only am I working with this, but I'm also involving a Level in Swashbuckler, taking up the Kata Master Archetype, and/or Slashing Grace if necessary.
My Question: Is it possible to convert a One-Handed or Two-Handed weapon into a Finessable weapon, when it Normally Isn't Finessable?

As far as I know, slashing grace is the only way, and that's only for one-handed slashing. So I think Temple Sword is your best if not only option.
Okay, that makes the most sense, and I certainly hope I'm reading that correctly. God, there is so much effort for this kind of Workaround.
From what you stated; Could that same Temple Sword(for instance in regards to your mentioning of it) be wielded with Both hands, to gain the 1:3 Power Attack value? I understand that 1.5x Str would not work, nor would it convert to 1.5x Dex.

no it won't work.
slashing grace clearly states that:
Choose one kind of one-handed slashing weapon (such as the longsword). When wielding your chosen weapon one-handed, you can treat it as a one-handed piercing melee weapon for all feats and class abilities that require such a weapon (such as a swashbuckler's or a duelist's precise strike) and you can add your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier to that weapon's damage. The weapon must be one appropriate for your size.
i don't know of any way to keep 1:3 power attack ration with a finessable weapon APART from elven curved blade

Kazumetsa Raijin asked about weapons which could be finessed (or made finneseable) and keep the 1:3 power attack ratio (so 2-handed). As far as I can find, only the elven curve blade meats those.

Well, you can two hand a Whip or Aldori Dueling Sword, and the Bladed Scarf, and Spiked Chain is finessable.
Yeah, I thought of the Aldori dueling sword, too.
If you're trying to flurry with it, though, you'd have to convince your GM that since it functions as a longsword, it could count as a longsowrd for deity's favored weapon. (Using an Inheritor's Gauntlet might help, but it's hard to say.)

for non fiensse to become one :
well if you take finesse and 2 ranks in perform (dance) you can next take "dervish dance". that let you not only use a scimitar as finesse. but also A: use your dex for damage with it and B: treat it as a one handed piercing weapon for powers and feats that target said weapons(like dualist prc abilities etc).
also if you are going light weapon and want osmething to match up wit hpower attack there is "Piranha Strike" that let you get +2 damage for every -1 you take like power attack but for fiensse builds.
check them up :

As far as I can tell, other than the specific weapons mentioned above, there is only one way to use weapon finesse with a 1:3 power attack ratio: get a single natural attack, such as from being a half-orc, goblin, kobold, tengu, tiefling, or kitsune. These can be used with weapon finesse, and they still get 1.5x strength and therefore 1.5x power attack. You can flurry with them with Feral Combat Training, or if your deity happens to be Apsu.
I considered some interesting things with phalanx fighters and lances, but it comes down to the fact that if is treated as a one-handed weapon, power attack can't deal damage on a 1:3 ratio.
