keen

so i read that keen only works on melee weapons, is there a ranged version or if the bow is keen the arrows benefit from it?

I believe it is only for piercing and slashing melee weapons so you cant give it to arrows or bows but I think you could give the property to a dagger or shortspear and throw them.

For an archer check out bracers of Falcons aim.

Keen will not work on a bow. The closest you can get is Bracer's of Falcon's Aim, which is actually cheaper and better.

To be clear Keen, the weapon property, is not useable on a Bow. Keen Edge, the spell, works on projectiles (such as arrows) which deal piercing or slashing damage.
