people with a 59 IQ can function if you take the time to give them the education in a way they can understand and increase the amount of time you place between decisions because it isn't that they can't learn something, it is actually that they require more time to learn
i personally, am an Otaku with a 183 IQ dating a Weeaboo Dream Girl with a 179 IQ. our Brilliance came at the cost of our common sense and social skills though,

I wasn't saying that a person with that low an IQ is dysfunctional, just what 3 INT is to IQ.
I have no idea what the second paragraph means.
Also note, 7 INT is equivalent to ~85 IQ.

There no RAW "int X= IQ Y".
truesies
but it would make sense, that if you had to compare Int to IQ, that a 179 like Ilina or even a 183 like myself would be comparable to something akin to having a 20 intelligence in PF. note that intelligence doesn't guarantee common sense or social skills.

It still works. You just need to drop your INT to 2. I recommend using a Simulacrum of Lorthact to do this. Since at 2 INT you might be to dumb to cast, make sure you set a Contingent Awaken. Obviously the Trigger is having an INT of 2. So yes Animal Soul + Awaken is good RAW, you just need a few more steps.
You can't real set contingency to when your INT is 2. It's overly metagamed. You can contingency things your character can understand, but you can't make things contingent on subjects you are not aware about as a character.

You do contingency before you drain your int.
Also, I find it pretty sad that Pathfinder is literally unplayable RAW

Your Character can understand what INT drain is and can become precisely aware of exactly how much INT they or someone else has. Lorthact drains precisely 1 INT, thus in universe, a caster could calculate their INT. Or you could just say "When my intelligence is that of an animal." or "When the spell will actually work on me."

I think mine has been consistently about 155, which means both of you are a LOT smarter then me!

only when it comes to recognizing things like Tropes and similar basic patterns, we still have no common sense.

By raw the crowbar grants a +2 circumstance bonus on Strength checks made to force open a door or chest. Technically, as written, that means you could hold the crowbar in you off-hand and then get +2 bonus to force open a door that you're pushing against with your shoulder. And since it is a circumstance bonus you can also hold a crowbar in each hand to get a +4 bonus to force open a door with your boot.
If you want to get extremely literal (and absurd) a single crowbar grants all beings in existence a +2 circumstance bonus on Strength checks made to force open a door or chest even if the creature in question has never seen or heard of a crowbar since it simply provides the bonus regardless of how it is used or if it is owned or wielded. In fact, it only requires a single crowbar to exist for the entire populous of Pathfinder-verse to gain the bonus. However, because it is a circumstance bonus and those stack, each existing crowbar grants an additional +2 bonus to all Strength checks made to force open all doors and chests anywhere in cosmology. Which means that no one anywhere should ever fail to force open a door or chest under any circumstances.

Masterwork Backpack gives you +1 Str for carrying capacity, even if you don't put anything in it.
Someone with max ranks in Knowledge (local) can get off a ship in a new town and immediately know all about various local legends even though they had never been there before that moment. They would know the various leaders (personalities) as well. Once they leave that town for another, they immediately forget all that in favor of the details about the other town.

I thought they know all of them all the time.

RAW you know about every local area all the time. Now, that isn't as unrealistic as it might sound (though it is unrealistic), since I know about lots of local areas that I am not presently in (though not literally all of them and I think I take a penalty to it for my region).
