Stacking Grit and Panache

Rules Questions

The ACG has a nice little call-out box about Grit/Panache/Luck stacking together into a big giant pile that can be spent on any feature requiring any one of these points... How does that relate to double dipping a stat? Say a Mysterious Stranger dip for a Swashbuckler, do they have 2x CHA Mod in points as they are 1x Grit and 1x Panache? Could multiple classes with Panache stack their pools? An Inspired Blade 1/Daring Campion 1 using 1x INT and 2x CHA for a truly impressive pool? I have heard a lot of people are against gaining a stat's benefit twice but havent found a rule/FAQ/errata to it.

Well there's a big thread hoping for a faq on this very thing of double dipping.

Yeah big ole thread on the definition of "sources"
In pfs its kinda fuzzy logic last I heard.
IN a home game, just ask your gm if the source is attribute or class ability/ feat/ traits/etc.

I'm leaning towards class ability and feats are the source. but that's just personal opinion (since if it was attribute then lots of stuff wouldn't make the best sense to me)

Currently it would work that way, but this very issue may force the Dev team to finally issue a ruling about source, bonus, and such double dipping events.

It seems cheap to be able to make a single level dip into other classes and effectively double or triple your pool of grit/panache/luck.

Ooh, could some one point me to the Big Thread? I wanna join! ^.^

bigger thread

Thank you!

So, after combing the forums I can't seem to find anywhere that this was officially answered. Am I just not looking in the right place? Can anyone link where this was faq'd or given a definitive response?

The grit and panache stack because it says it does, but most things you can't add your ability modifier more than once to. faq
