Okay, so it looks like my attempt at apologizing to Chris Lambertz for coming off as attacking a poster (which was never my intent) came off as attacking Chris Lambertz?
Considering both of my posts were removed.
I'm really, really sorry: I was not trying to attack Chris' decision at all, and I apologize that it came off that way: instead I was attempting to explain where I was coming from and apologize for coming off in a manner different than intended.
There may have been other posts that lead to the thread-locking. If so, I simply missed them.
If not... again, let me stress my apology, as I'm not trying to fight a decision.
That's all this is intended as: an apology. As I can't send PMs, I don't know how else to do that.
If there is another way to get actual apologies in, I'd be interested in hearing how.
If it was the way I was apologizing: I'm sorry! Twice in a row: I must be really striking out on my Diplomacy checks today! Sorry! :/

We're all just very busy trying to cram a lot of work into a short space of time, and Sara's response is not specific towards any particular participant of the thread. I'm sorry if this was interpreted in this way! I am definitely not offended :)
That's fine! Mostly I just wanted it known that I was neither fighting your decision, nor attacking it. In retrospect, I could totally see how it could have off that way, so I was hoping to make sure you guys knew I wasn't trying to fight you at all! :)
Peace, and I hope you find at least some time to rest! :D

You know... there's a whole thread dedicated to apologizing to Chris -- there's a good place to start! :-P
(OK, OK. I know that thread is intended to be light-hearted and Captain Yesterday and I have run off into the weeds with it (again), but I'm pretty sure Chris checks it on occasion, so I put sincere apologies in there as well...)

It's in the Off-Topic. No sane person goes there. There are yellow dingos and FAWTL there.
Oh, c'mon. Every time I think I might be going crazy, I just find Yellow Dingo's latest petition and I feel better. And FAWTL gave us, "The Donner Party: The Musical".
OK. Now I see that I'm just agreeing with you.

Perhaps I shall yet, Orthos. Perhaps I shall yet. (... but then I'd need to start at the beginning... O.O)
You may not be completely Canadian, but you're Maine-ly Canadian.
Actually, I'm not from Maine, though I can see how my post comes off that way. Though I have few cognitive memories from that time (namely looking through a crib one time in a dark room, a dimly lit room with a full-wall glass door, the weather, and toddling downhill toward my daddy who freaked out - mentally tagged later as "because I could have gotten hurt by the trees they were chopping down" along with a whole mess of argumentation on my part as to why I was safe around that specific event), I originated in Kentucky, USA.
I dated a girl from Maine for a while. When I lived in Florida.

actually in the midwest Pasties are an actual food, like a Calzone filled with traditionally meat and potatoes but really anything will do.
they are awesome!

They are also popular in the U.K. It's wonderful going into the pubs and seeing "cheese and broccoli pasties".
And they're very tasty. Nom nom!
EDIT: Aaaaaand.... cue NobodysHome and Captain Yesterday derailing yet another thread. One of these days Chris is just going to ban us from both posting to the same thread, you know...
EDIT2: And while we're derailing, when Chris deleted those other posts did that count as "Reggicide"?

Yeah I also read that as Pasties at first. And as a supporter of my local Burlesque Troop what came to mind... was not a form of filled pastries.

No, no, no. You don't understand. I'd need to start at the beginning. Need to.
(It's why I've not seen Dr. Who, yet. I know, I know. :/)

i just ask random people on the streets "are you a web moderator for Paizo?" i haven't had any luck yet, however i suspect living 2,000 miles away from Seattle might have an effect on my lack of luck.
i still apolagize tho and tell them to pass it on, i figure one of these days someone will get it to them:)
