What's this nonsense? Am I running your uber-squad of super simians through Bonekeep this year?
I'll have to do better than before and at least kill one of you lot...

Is it just me, or did a lot of people show up to Bonekeep with only pregens?
They always do, and your odds of getting in like that are somewhere between slim and none.
Anyways, that was quite exciting. Are they running it at other Cons?
We did it at 8/9, and I won't say it was easy, but it felt easier than 1 and 2 were.
We burned through some consumables though, I'll tell you that. The bonus boons and items made up for it though!

I actually went to two tables, both of which were playing all-pregen parties, before I gave up and went to do something else. I don't mean to sound a dick, but playing bonekeep with a party of pregens is something I don't think is fun, much less want to pay money for.

From what I gathered from the folks I talked to, the general feeling was that BK3 was easier than 1 and 2

The Party (I've forgotten most of the names):
Marak Dawnblade - Ifrit Swashbuckler 6 / Dawnflower Dervish Bard 1
Nicholas - Aasimar Cleric of Sarenrae (Good/Healing?) 6
Rocky and Roxanne - Aasimar Druid 5 with a Roc animal companion
??? - Human Gunslinger 5 / Inquisitor of Iomedae 1
??? - Aasimar Summoner 6 with a Bipedal greatsword wielding Eidolon
??? - Half-Orc Barbarian 6 with a sh*tton of HP
Between the Remove Disease, Remove Curse, and Restoration spells from the Cleric, being able to send the Eidolon in to deal with the worst of the traps, and 15 - 20 crits off the Swashbuckler, it was pretty easy.
All rooms cleared.
Final boss destroyed.
No deaths.
Missed out on the last bit of gold and 1 point of prestige because the one person who could have made the skill check, rolled a 3.
I'd like to thank Andy for putting up with the madness.

Also, did the poor soul who died about 2 minutes into the module get something fun (like a Thrall of Buhlman boon) for his/her bad(good?) luck?
As I told the barbarian at my table when it was announced "I was rooting for you. If it wasn't for Improved Uncanny Dodge, that could have been you."

So last year while our DM was starting Bonekeep 2 and the purple mist came about, Jason Bulmahn was walking near our table. I said to Jason "Some purple mist... is that all you got you big pussy?" [I wish to preface this by saying that I've known Jason for 15-20 years...]. He kindly pointed to me while speaking to our DM... "Kill him first..."
Come around to Bonekeep 3 this year, and I decided to take it just a little further... in good fun and all... :-)
While Jason was giving his perfunctory speech about how Bonekeep is so dangerous, I was the one that walked up in the t-shirt with his picture on it (in the red-white-and-blue Obama Hope format), and in back it said Ball Busters - 2, Jason Bulmahn - 0.
That got a laugh from everyone sitting up front, and after Jason finished he came up and took some pictures with us (oh right sorry... I got t-shirts for everyone at the table... Good Times!)
We had an awesome DM (Robert), and we survived the module (although it was no cakewalk by any means). SR is a real b~~@* when you have 2 wizards, a sorcerer, and an offensive cleric at the table.
I think I ended the mod with 3 negative energy levels, and 15 hp left...
