You're not the only one to wonder what, exactly, is going on with yellowdingo.Man, NOBODY knows what is going on with dingo.
I do - he is from Darwin.... Imagine the deepest South with gators and banjo's and squeeling pigs. Swap that for crocs, snakes, spiders, even more isolation, rampant alcoholism, poverty, not as many banjos and a fierce scepticism of any form of authority and you have Darwin.

The insult(s) start in the second sentence of the first post.if you consider my pointing out the essential immature narcissism of framing your question with "Am I The Only One", an insult, then you have grounds. I consider it holding up a mirror to those who are obviously obsessed with viewing their reflections.

Maybe im old fashioned but you should never say something unless your willing to say it to a persons face.
I know thats not practical on the net but manners cost nothing and you should treat people as you would like to be treated

I behave exactly like this in real life too. I'm always honest with people, even when that might offend or aggravate them. Because in the long run, it works out much better than being excessively polite just because.

I generally act the same way on or off the net. People tell me it comes across vastly different in person. I've mostly given up on trying to get it to come across better on the net; in general, people tell that when I'm trying the least not to be insulting, it generally is the least insulting.
I'm just as sarcastic in person as I am here.
Thankfully people don't say obviously stupid things in person as much as they do online.
I say obviously stupid things all the time in person. Thankfully, the voices in my head aren't usually judgmental about it.

Not a fan of the 'Am I the only one?' construction. The coolest thing about it is that it often appears in the thread title, and so is like a ranting dude on a streetcorner, easy to identify and ignore.
Also not a fan of someone listing off three things they like, and someone else replying with one of the fifty-eight things they didn't list with, 'Why do you hate X?' or 'No love for X?' Just because X wasn't listed as their favorite, doesn't mean that there's a conspiracy to exclude or marginalize or abandon X!
If a fan, or even designer, admits to liking one thing, that's not actually an insult to every other thing in the world they didn't mention.
But my least favorite quirk is saying, 'I'm sorry, but,' or 'I hate to say this,' or 'I have to say,' before saying something jerk-ish that one is absolutely been burning to say, and is not at all sorry about and most certainly does not 'have' to say.
