What is the swashbuckler's rope tied to? Is it the roof? A 2nd level balcony? A chandelier?
Do they have the ability to swing in out of no where, where one might not be able to find a rope to tie off? Like in the middle of an open field?Otherwise...awesome!
didn't you know that that is a hidden super power of all swashbucklers, the power to swing through the air on ropes attached to absolutely nothing

That is spider man, it is obviously attached to a chandelier, at third level swashbucklers get the following class ability:
Decorative Light Fixture (su): Once per day, and once per 3 additional levels, a Swashbuckler may conjurer into existence a decorative light fixture, be it candelabra, sconce or chandelier. This fixture can hover in space or appear supported by a rope and pulley. Its size, weight and style are always tastefully appropriate to the surrounding area. It can minimum support the weight of the Swashbuckler, or crush a single foe for 1d6 / 2 levels.

It definately won't be Saturday, and I seem to remember last year Free RPG saying you couldn't sell any bits of it until after July 1st, and the free PDF counts as 'selling'

Correct. On July 1, Risen from the Sands will become available as a free PDF and a $5 print product while supplies last, exclusively at paizo.com (and at PaizoCon and Gen Con).
Ranzak will also be for sale at PaizoCon and Gen Con, and on paizo.com (while supplies last) after Gen Con begins. Pathfinder ACG subscribers will also get Ranzak free with their August shipment, along with a few other promo cards.

Part 5? I've lost track... I've played in and run 00-05 (Mists of Mwangi), and I've run 01-35 (Voice in the Void). What are the other two?
One of the players in both was a dwarf who was very fond of alchemical fuse grenades (UE p. 107). Not very effective for the price, at least as they were used, but they made him happy.
In Voice in the Void, he made a point of chucking a lit grenade through the portal before it fell apart at the end. I was amused. This was before Avengers came out, so you can't accuse him of copying Ironman.... He also didn't fly through with it.

I'm not sure why, but at least for me the Spoiler is showing up by default.

It's just needed for the listed special abilities. The template has been applied for the stats, they just didn't reprint all the text of the template, understandably.

Any word on when we should see the chronicle for Risen from the Sands?
For anyone who may have missed the update, Chronicle sheets and Pathfinder Society Organized Play sanctioning notes are available on the Additional Resources page. Look for the module's title along the right side of the page, which should link you to the pdf download (complete with the pregenerated characters for easy printing and distribution).

"Mummified creature" is an acquired template that can be added to any living corporeal creature (hereafter referred to as the base creature).
(...)
"Zombie lord" is an acquired template that can be added to any corporeal creature (other than undead) that has a minimum Intelligence of 3.
A quick rules question here: the entry requirements for these two templates are described somewhat differently. One starts with a living creature, the other starts with a creature that is not undead. So does this mean that a construct (corporeal, not undead) with an Int score of 3 or above can become a zombie lord? That strikes me as a bit odd.
