well I as a great surprise received the 6th pack today, was curious if this was an error or if anyone else has received it, also let mepoint out that some of these things look much creepier than even the second adventure pack, and these combat checks are even scarier than the way some of these creatures look >.> though I just skimmed through so not to spoil too much for myself

(Not that I can use it just yet... my team of four is sitting at the middle of Adventure 2... :P)
I know how you feel, I got a group going through the base set adventure to train up, and another group that just died and now are choosing to start over so we can add in the promos, so itll be a long time before we actually use this, I am curious to see how much the promos will change gameplay

How long does it take for them to email back, I emailed them when you posted this and again a few days ago with pictures. Never heard back at all

I would say that this is unusual for Paizo. With any issues I have had, I was usually emailed back the next day, since I sent the email at night. A way to get a quicker response would be to call, however.

I think they are very busy right now. They've been having some problem with a kickstarter and some website bugs.
Calling, if you are able to, has always worked well for me. The couple of times I've done it, if I call during business hours they've answered right away. I can't guarantee that will happen, but I can say they offer great customer service. So don't fret.
