Two weapon fighting with multi-attack BAB

Rules Questions

If a character has multiple attacks for whatever reason, most commonly two weapon fighting (this is not the case for me, I have multiple attacks from natural weapons), and have high enough BAB to have multiple attacks are they out of luck to getting the extra attack(s) or would a character with Two-weapon fighting feat with a light off hand weapon and a BAB of +6/+1 have an attack of +4/+4/+1 or even +4/+4/-1?

Well, if it's natural attacks you don't get your iteratives. You always get one hit with each natural attack, regardless of your BAB. This isn't really a big deal because it is super easy to keep up as long as you're using a race that starts with one (or three, if you're a Tengu or Tiefling).

If I understood what you ask, natural attacks don't get iterative attacks from BAB.

Natural Attacks: Attacks made with natural weapons, such as claws and bites, are melee attacks that can be made against any creature within your reach (usually 5 feet). These attacks are made using your full attack bonus and deal an amount of damage that depends on their type (plus your Strength modifier, as normal). You do not receive additional natural attacks for a high base attack bonus. Instead, you receive additional attack rolls for multiple limb and body parts capable of making the attack (as noted by the race or ability that grants the attacks). If you possess only one natural attack (such as a bite—two claw attacks do not qualify), you add 1–1/2 times your Strength bonus on damage rolls made with that attack.

But, as you can read, they are in addition to other attacks you can make with normal weapons. So if you have a bite attack and 2 daggers, TWF and, say, +6 BAB and no other modifier, you'll go like that: Dagger1 +4, Dagger2 +4, Dagger1 -1, bite -1

=> 2 attacks from BAB (+6/+1 modifier)
=> 1 attack from Two-Weapons Fighting (1 attack at full BAB, but -2 on each attacks of the round)
=> 1 from bite (-5 because it's after normal weapons attack, -2 for TWF penalties)

Edit: And remember, you can't use a natural attack on a limb you already used for a normal weapon attack. That's why I don't like claws, you can't use them if you already used one two-handed weapon or 2 weapons.

If I'm fully awake, it's like that.

I thought the penalty from two-weapon fighting only applied to attacks made with those attacks?

So the bite would only get the -5 (being a secondary attack) but would not be affected by the two-weapon fighting penalty?

the penalties for TWF apply to all attacks (unless natural attacks) and differ greatly depending on

A. If you have the TWF feat
B. If you are using a light weapon in your off-hand
C. If you have the combination of A+B
D. If you have the Two-Weapon Warrior fighter archetype
