Race: Unsure
Class: Gunslinger 5/Alchemist 2/???
Premise: After getting Dex to damage at level 5, go 2 levels of alchemist and pick up extra arm twice (one with the extra discover feat) to reload the pistols, then start picking up the twf feats and go to town with 6+ shots per full attack. I just need to fill in the blanks a bit.
Race-wise, human gives me a bonus feat, half elf can let me use the favored class options for both classes, elf has stats in the right places, and there are probably several more that I can't think of off the top of my head.
Likewise after level 7 I'm not sure what class(es) to take. Fighter would give me bonus feats, Ranger could possibly be nice since it skips prereqs, something with a good will save progression would obviously be appreciated, and I could keep going alchemist for more extracts and gunslinger for higher level deeds.
Where do you think I should go with it?
Let's stick with PRD material only for now.

It is a shame to constrain yourself to the prd when you can have access to the pfsrd and the Archives of Nethys
Also, check the Algunist. It capitalizes on the leaping shot dead, but it can give you ideas.
Well I can navigate the prd much easier since it's layed out like the books. Trying to keep it simple for now.
I guess right now I'm weighing the benefits of Gun 5/Alch15 vs Gun18/Alch 2 or some other combo.

Vestigial arm doesn't let you do that kind of stuff anymore, they faqd that not long ago.
No one likes that guy. Don't be that guy. You're going to make them nerf vestigial arms even more, don't do it.

You need at least 4 lvls of Alchemist, so that you can take the Vestigial Arm discovery twice and the Tentacle discovery once. This way you will be able to hold 4 weapons and reload them just fine. After the 4 lvls of alchemist, it is your decision how you will procede.
I would probably go something like this:
Pistolero 5 / Alchemist 4 / Weapon Master fighter 3 / Alchemist 6 / Rogue 2
Weapon master will give you access to weapon training + gloves of dueling (trench fighter is even better if it is allowed for double Dex-to damage).
Rogue will let you take the grit talent that should be altered to the extra deed feat (consult your GM first). If he does not agree skip it.
Alchemist 10 / 12 gives the most valuable progression IMO.
EDIT: Multiweapon Fighting is vital for such a build.

Extra Arms and Tentacle were faq'd to be disallowed with multiweapon fighting.
Don't listen to these guys, go ahead and make your character.
But who -is- your character? Why do they have this combination? What is the story behind it?
He's a gunslinger looking to improve his use of his trademark weapon, and since he's already using alchemy to make his ammo he gets an easy turn down that path.

Best way to pull off Pistol Dual-Wielding is Tiefling, no need to take 2 levels in alchemist. If you're set on Alchemist levels however, the bonus to crafting might make it slightly easier to craft alchemical cartridges.
Prehensile Tail is a bit iffy about what it can and can't do. It CAN draw a weapon as a free action and hold things, but whether that counts as a free hand for reloading would be a gm call.
3 level of weapon master are alright, but mostly I'd need them for the extra feats, not the weapon training. If anything that would be another 4 levels so I qualify for weapon specialization. Still not sure though.
I looked at pistolero and I do like the 11th level ability to never misfire.
Likewise, I'm debating normal alchemist vs vivisectionist. Yes, sneak attack would be hard to pull off consistently, but since I'm already using guns what's the benefit of bombs? Especially since it's likely I'll have a relatively low Int score, just enough to be able to use my extracts.

About the FAQ, well, then with Alchemist you get nothing more than the Tiefling. The prehensile tail cannot reload a gun, but it is a free acton to switch the gun between your arm and the tail, freeing your arm in order to freely reload your guns.
This guy knows what's up. But I was definitely not intending to tell you your build idea was bad, I like the idea alot, and It'll save you alot of time(and possibly money).

Is Weaponmaster a huge thing here, because going Trench Fighter saves you 2 levels that you could be Alching it up. But I guess that depends if you care about the Alch progression, or if it's just a means to an end for getting reloading easier.
Either way, play your character the way you want, not like they could debuff Vestigial Arm anymore without saying "This hand comes without fingers...suck it."
EDIT: Didn't see the PRD only thing, that makes changing things a lot harder.
