Power Attack: If I am using a two-handed weapon with one hand (such as a lance while mounted), do still I get the +50% damage for using a two-handed weapon?
Yes.

Weapons, Two-Handed in One Hand: When a feat or other special ability says to treat a weapon that is normally wielded in two hands as a one handed weapon, does it get treated as one or two handed weapon for the purposes of how to apply the Strength modifier or the Power Attack feat?
If you're wielding it in one hand (even if it is normally a two-handed weapon), treat it as a one-handed weapon for the purpose of how much Strength to apply, the Power Attack damage bonus, and so on.

So if I'm wielding a two handed weapon one handed, which of these do I follow?

It's a bit of a fine line, but the two rulings are actually not related. A lance may be wielded with one hand on the back of a mount, but it always remains a two handed weapon. The second FAQ is referring to abilities like Titan Mauler's that allow you to treat 2 handed weapons *as* 1 handed weapons.

It's admittedly confusing.

So it all comes down to whether it says "you can wield it with one hand" (like the lance) or "wield it as a one handed weapon" (like Thunder and Fang or Jotungrip)?

Yes, pretty much. IIRC the Lance is the only weapon in the game right now with its wording. Everything else essentially follows the other FAQ.

+1

Only the Lance works as a Two Handed in one hand.
All other Two Handed weapons used as a One Handed Weapon follow the other FAQ.

If the weapon allows it, then you're cool. If you can do it because of a power or class ability or feat, then no dice.
