Unofficial tracker and list for the 2014 Critique thread

As last year, I'm tracking the items and reviews posted to the 2014 Critique My Wondrous Item thread in a Google Doc.

If you posted an item, it should help you find reviews of your item. If you're reviewing items, it should help you find items that haven't been reviewed.

If you're just a fan, you can use it as an index to find any items put up for critique.

Heading to bed, but here's some stats on the day 1 of the official critique thread* and, I suppose, the start of the Blazing 9 pre-season:

• 5-9 reviews: 5 items
  
• 3-4 reviews: 11 items
  
• 2 reviews: 10 items
  
• 1 review: 31 items
  
• 0 reviews: 37 items
  
• Thread page with the most 0-review items: Page 4 (14 items)

* Stats don't yet include the broken-out threads by GM_Solspiral, Bryan Bloomer, and Saint Caleth, or the fact that Steven Helt is still reviewing items right now!

Thanks to GM_Solspiral and Lucus Palosaari, every item on Page 1 has gotten at least 2 reviews! Page 2 is also well covered with at least 3 reviews per item.

Pages 3 and 4 are particularly dry, with 9 unreviewed items on Page 3 and 12 unreviewed items on Page 4. (There's a total of 12 unreviewed items on pages 5-7 combined.)

Every item on Pages 1 and 2 has at least 4 reviews!

Only 2 of the 42 items on Pages 3 and 4 have at least 4 reviews. Eight have no reviews.

Every item on Page 5 has at least 1 review!

Seven of the 15 items on Page 6 have no reviews.

Eight of the 10 items on Page 7 have no reviews.

Both of the items on Page 8 have at least 1 review!

Thanks to GM_Solspiral, every item on Page 4 now has at least 1 review!

This means each item on Pages 1-5—the first 91 submitted items—has at least 1 review. Out of the 117 items posted to the critique thread, 103 (88%) have been reviewed at least once, with a staggering total of 363 reviews posted.

That's some amazing work for just two days! Thanks to everyone providing feedback.

Some quick stats:

27 items are on Page 1, with 194 reviews associated with them (7.2 reviews/item).
10 items are on Page 2, with 39 reviews associated with them (3.9 reviews/item).
20 items are on Page 3, with 40 reviews associated with them (2 reviews/item).
22 items are on Page 4, with 39 reviews associated with them (1.8 reviews/item).
11 items are on Page 5, with 25 reviews associated with them (2.3 reviews/item).
15 items are on Page 6, with 18 reviews associated with them (1.2 reviews/item). Six of the 15 items (40%) have no reviews.
10 items are on Page 7, with 5 reviews associated with them (0.5 reviews/item). Eight of the 10 items (80%) have no reviews.
2 items are on Page 8, with 3 reviews associated with them (1.5 reviews/item).

Step one write review template

Step two having voted close to 4k times I have yet to come across an item I haven't read several times before so I already had opinions. the rest is just typing

Sometimes I have to slow down and think about the positive feedback on the lower scoring items or the negatives on the items I love. It takes a moment to sort what criticisms are nitpicking as opposed to the critical issue which I save for the ugly. It helps that I'm decisive. I didn;t use the both button once.

A very close friend of mine died overnight and I won't be updating the tracker or participating in the boards for the next several days. I've opened up editing on the GDoc to everyone. The critique thread has slowed down quite a bit anyway.
