Actually, it would probably be a better idea to hold off on doing even that and wait until SKR unlocks the critique my item thread later today. It's a mad, chaotic whirlwind in that thread when it opens, but it eventually settles down and you WILL get item feedback, wheras opening an individual thread for feedback on specific items is a bad precedent.
There's a critique thread that will be open later today. I suggest posting your item there and you'll get lots of feedback, I'm sure. (Also, read feedback on other items and even consider giving it yourself; those are GREAT ways to improve as a designer.)
Wait for the critique thread and the top 100 to be open, you may have tripped up by the other entries and been popular enough to make it.

On reflection, with judges swapping each round, its just as well I didn't make it, lol, there would be more pet peeves to hit every round :P

As it happens, I saved copies of everything I saw, so I'll PM you the item text. Caveat: it's not with the BBC code preserved, so if you use this to post into the critique thread, you'll probably want to redo that so people don't knock you for formatting.
