In order to win an arena fight against my party barbarian i'm thinking of some strategies that would let me win without permanently maiming him or killing him
It will be an all-is-permitted fight, the arena is circular and there will be traps
I'm a level 7 wizard and he's a level 7 barbarian
I was thinking of some charm to make him surrender, but if i'm right he would gain a nice +7 bonus on will saves (+2 rage +5 for seeing me as an enemy)
Other thing i thought was casting create pit and then web on the entrance/grease on the walls, after imprisoning him inside with some nasty creature. But in this case i don't really know how rules would work (Pit+grease: He makes a climb check with a strong penality? Pit+web: When he approaches the webs while he's climbing what happens? Does he make a CMB check with a malus? If he fails he gains the grappled condition while in mid-air?)
Do you know any other good combos?
Anything can help

Fly + anything.
Summon monsters, drop him in a pit, blast him, you can do whatever you want basically if he can't fly.
If he carries a missile weapon memorise Protection from Arrows as well or Windwall (you can create a 35 tall column, so fly at the top and have it on the the ground, make sure he can't reach you and just fly around out of his range casting at your leisure.

Make sure you have Fly and Invisibility, at that point his actions are irrelevant, since Spell Sunder requires a melee attack. Unless he has a means of Flight and See invisibility he simply won't be participating. if you are worried, Suthainn's suggestions of Protection from Arrows and Windwall are solid as are the summons.
Now if you want to be really mean have some Explosive Runes scribed and hand them off them to an intelligent summon. Then have the summon read them in the Barbarians face.
Make sure you are maxing your initiative (Anticipate Peril helps here as does a greensting scorpion familiar, reactionary and Improved Initiative).

At my level what kind of intelligent creatures i can summon that are able to do the task?
