I know of the concerns that the Bloodrager completely invalidates the Barbarain. However, this thread is a discussion on how well the magus spell list works for the Bloodrager and whether its spell list needs to be tweaked.
Im of the opinion that the spell list needs to be reworked. by the time the Bloodrager gets access to spells, they are nearly useless for a class who wants to be full attacking all the time.
So does the Bloodrager need a spell list that works better for it and will still be relevant in the later levels?

Personally, with things like Mount, Sleet Storm and Invisibility, I feel that a Bloodrager can benefit plenty from its current cast list and won't feel exceptionally limited by the late-arriving spells.
That said, the spells that will be good for a Bloodrager are utility spells. These lets them not need a high Charisma and not worry about late spells being poor action economy. A lot of people don't want that - they want to fling spells as effectively as spears for offense. Thematically, that makes a lot of sense.
Bloodragers are going to heavily lack on worthwhile offensive magic with the current offering. Mechanically I doubt that will be a problem, and they'll be balanced. Thematically, it feels off that the rage-caster will almost never want to cast during a rage and even less often cast offensively.

And that is my problem with the class in a nutshell. It needs more of a reason to cast while raging, that what the point of the class seems to be.
I know people are probably afraid of it but perhaps the bloodrager would work better if it was based off con. then it would have more of a reason to cast while raging at least.
