Not sure what performance enhancing drugs Tresca is allowed to take. The ones I'm questioning are:

The Crafter's Fortune extract allows me to get +5 luck bonus on the next craft skill check. It lasts 1 day per level, so I figured that was fair game. If not, please subtract 5 from my skill check?

Her mutagen for giving +4 to intelligence only lasts 10 minutes per level, so I figured it probably wasn't fair game. If it is allowed, please add 2 to my skill check?

I'm happy to do it! Part 2 had a lot less... "set dressing" bits to expand upon, so I struggled a bit toward the end. I'm a lot less inspired when I'm feeling blah, so apologies for dragging on a bit. I'll make an effort to ensure we move at a better rate for Part 3.

I would guess Alpha could handle combats ok with 2 animals. But we are kinda low in non-combat skills. Anyone think that is likely to be a problem?

There is a significant portion of Part 3 that will rely on wits so knowledge skills and perception will get a lot of use. I double checked Alpha's skill set... the only thing that is really missing is Disable Device, but a Str check can bypass it. I think it's doable, but I put out a call for new friend if you prefer, but we need to decide pretty quickly. I'm going to post some downtime narration tonight most likely.

Remember guys, a 'skeleton key' is 75gp and can often be enough to bypass a cruddy lock. It only has a +10 mod, but a party with one each has a good chance against low level locks with those odds :p

For Knowledge skills, assuming it isn't something that has to be immediate, I find the "Pathfinder Chronicles" books (from the Inner Sea World Guide, and maybe Seekers of Secrets) to be useful. They each cost 50 gp and weigh 1 lb. for a +2 bonus to one Knowledge skill, taking 1d4 rounds to look something up.

For Diplomacy (Gather Information), the Blue Book for a particular city costs only 5 gp and gives a +2 bonus after an hour's read.

@Shifty, It sounds from the description of 'skeleton key' that you may be able to try more than one skeleton key on a lock, though I am not sure. If so, you could conceivably have a key ring of skeleton keys with a better chance of being able to open a lock with a DC of 30 or less. Might be worth an ask somewhere.
