A warlock would be a great class to have a Conductive weapon depending on the conversion of Eldritch Blast.
One thing you'd have to check is when you use Hideous Blow, do you get the damage from both applied when used with a Conductive weapon.
Also whether you can apply a blast trait to change the energy type when using conductive.

I don't know. I've considered this several times for my melee oracle of Bones, who has Death's Touch 6/day (1D6+1/2 level). I just took a dip into Cleric with the Growth and Repose Domains (Separatist Cleric of Pharasma, Oracle dipping Cleric is suboptimal, I know. It's an experiment, and there's a method to the madness). So that will ultimately give me 4 uses of Gentle Rest (Touch attack to Stagger, no save) in addition to the uses of Death's Touch. So for a +1 enhancement to my weapon, I can do a little extra damage 3 times a day, and stagger an enemy 2 times a day. (I only have Death's Touch now because it's a negative energy based character, so I use it as healing).
It just doesn't seem worth it without an unlimited use SLA or other unlimited ability. Maybe if it only required a single use of the ability, or if you have so many different abilities that you can afford to use two touches per round and never run out. That same +1 enhancement could make a weapon Keen, Frost, Flaming, Corrosive, etc. and add damage or an effect every time (or double threat range for Keen). If you're a Paladin or a Positive Channeling Cleric planning to use Conductive with LoH or Channel Smite, you're better off just getting Bane Undead on the weapon. An extra +2 enhancement and 2D6 every time you hit an Undead, plus you get to keep all of your Channels and LoHs for the day. Or just wait and splurge for Holy.
Compare the cost of Conductive to the cost of a Consecrated Weapon. +1 enhancement vs +150 gp. A Consecrated Weapon only requires 1 use of Channel Energy, but does half damage. You can't choose to use a Consecrated Weapon after you've already hit, but it will hold the charge in it indefinitely, so you can Channel into it at the start of the day and get the extra damage on your first hit of the day. Plus, it's a holy symbol.
I really want to find a way to make Conductive worthwhile, because it's a very cool concept, but it's just too expensive. If it were a flat cost instead of a +1 that might make it worth it. But when you consider the cost of the enhancement (at least 6,000 gp) and the cost increase for your next enhancement (at least 10,000gp) it's just hard to see the math working out.

I think the scariest we've come up with, was a Lich Magus smacking PC's around and grinning. 'Here's various magus combinations for large amounts of damage at higher level, AND my paralyzing touch. Oooh, look, I critted! What was your health again? Dead?'
Either that or the Vampire cleric, with channel smite on a conductive weapon for both his level drain and his channel damage... Paladin? What Paladin? *nudges ash pile out of sight with foot*
Also consider options such as the Talons of Leng, although I believe that might not combine at all with Conductive... *too tired to actually look up wording tonight*

Sorry to point out, but conductive won't work with a vampire's energy drain or the Talons of Leng because neither are touch attacks. Both effects occur when using a natural weapon (specifically the claws in the case of the talons) and are not independent from those attacks.

Uh, wait.... You're simultaneously worshiping Sarenrae as a Dervish and worshiping one of the Four Horsemen as a Soul Drinker?
<head-boggle>
How do you keep your GPS coordinates from being the incipient site of a pair-instability supernova when those two deities show up inside you to war for your soul? Or do you commit seppuku with your own scimitar faster than any dishonored samurai ever born?

My personal favorite use of Conductive to date is a +1 Conductive Pistol on my Mysterious Stranger 1/Sound Striker Bard 7... Aasimar...
So he hits on a ranged touch attack then channels a 10d8+70 worth of damage, Fort save for half, for 2 rounds of performance.
Works at the moment... but the current Sound Striker rewrite up for discussion wouldn't allow it anymore.

By misinterpreting Weird Words to let him hit with all 10 at once and applying his Aasimar favored class bonus to it to make it function at level 10, as far as I can tell. The favored class bonus is legitimate, to be clear.
For reference purposes, here's the exact text for conductive:A conductive weapon is able to channel the energy of a spell-like or supernatural ability that relies on a melee or ranged touch attack to hit its target...When the wielder makes a successful attack of the appropriate type, he may choose to expend two uses of his magical ability to channel it through the weapon to the struck opponent, which suffers the effects of both the weapon attack and the special ability.
And Soundstriker's Weird Words:
Weird Words (Su): At 6th level, a sound striker can start a performance as a standard action, lashing out with 1 potent sound per bard level (maximum 10), each sound affecting one target within 30 feet. These are ranged touch attacks. Each weird word deals 1d8 points of damage plus the bard’s Charisma bonus (Fortitude half ), and the bard chooses whether it deals bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage for each word.
One hit of a conductive weapon would only allow TGMaxMaxer to hit with one weird word, not all 10 he can make, since each weird word affects one target AND requires a separate ranged touch attack. He would need 10 arrows to channel all 10 weird words, and he would need to use 20 rounds of bardic performance, since it's rounds per hit.
So, use a gun to target touch AC, hit it because touch AC is near-universally low, spend 2 rounds of bardic performance to use one ranged touch attack- one, not ten- to apply one weird word and deal an extra 1d8+7 damage at the cost of 2 rounds of bardic performance. Nice, but not nearly as broken as you had thought.

Creatures w/ hands (can use conductive weapons)-
Devourer (devour soul; melee),
Ghost (corrupting touch & draining touch; melee),
Green Hag (weakness; melee),
Lamia (wisdom drain; melee),
Pleroma Aeon (sphere of oblivion: ranged 1/day),
Banshee (terror; melee),
Hydrodaemon (sleep spittle; ranged),
Lamia Matriarch (wisdom drain; melee),
Shining Child (burning touch; melee),
Berbalang (incorporeal touch [only usable while projection]; melee),
Caulborn (consume thoughts; melee),
Dybbuk (pain touch; melee),
Toshigami Kami (touch of ages; melee),
Ice Yai Oni (icy missile; ranged),
Pale Stranger (pistols; ranged),
Tzitzimitl (eye beam; ranged)
Creatures w/out hands (can only us conductive amulet)-
Electric Eel (electricity),
Rust monster (rust),
Vargouille (kiss),
Shoggti Qlippoth (braincloud),
Vampiric Mist (blood siphon),
Cerebric fungus (touch of madness),
Disenchanter (disenchant)
This list only contains Bestiaries I,II, & III. will add more later.
These are all supernatural abilities; I didn't look at spell-like. A couple of these monsters have abilities that already trigger once per round through a weapon (lamia matriarch and toshigami from memory) which a conductive weapon would allow them to use a second time.
The weird one on this list is the pale stranger, as his pistols area supernatural ability that requires a ranged touch attack. You could give him a conductive rifle and his pistols will still shot them :)
