I'm sometimes very bad at deciding on names for my PCs, and this seems to extend to countries as well. We're pretty far into a Kingmaker campaign but have so far failed to come up with a name for our kingdom. Since it has finally advanced from a barony and duchy to an actual kingdom I think the time has come to give it an "official" name.
The kingdom is Neutral Good with a LG king and CG queen, both of whom are of mixed Varisian descent. The capital is named Stagsburg. A few of the other cities include names like Svetlanapol, Kestengrad, and the rather silly Elfenstien. There's kind of an Eastern European and gypsy theme mixed with a healthy dose of silliness (though preferably not anything too ridiculous)
Our kingdom has no taxes (taxation edict set to 0) but 24 festivals per year. Every city has at least one brothel, and this is generally one of the first things built when a city is founded or conquered (kind of a joke since the king looks like Eugene Hutz of the band Gogol Bordello). The king encourages the worship of "Stag God" (his somewhat unusual interpretation of Erastil), but the Queen is devoted to Desna, and all non-evil religions are welcome.
I can provide more details if needed. Hopefully somebody on the boards can supply some good ideas for a kingdom name.

I like the idea of using Google translate. That's kind of how I come up with verbal components for spells and some of my PC names. For instance, my Monk1/Summoner12 is named Yobidashi no Jinin because GT spat out "Yobidashi" as a translation for "Summoner". It is actually the term for the official who calls sumo wrestlers to the ring, and I thought that was quite fitting since my PC calls monsters to fight and his eidolon looks like a fat toad. For some reason I hadn't thought of using GT for the kingdom name though. Thanks!
Some of our previous bad ideas for kingdom names include
Stagsylvania - The King worships "Stag God", his unusual interpretation of the faith of Erastil
Prunz - due to a silly Frank Zappa reference)
Tarantavania - due to a silly Gogol Bordello reference
Lubomania - King Lubomyr's name inspires some bad puns and innuendos although it is an authentic Ukrainian name
If I come up with anything good I'll post it. Any further suggestions would be welcome too.

Radostne Sloboda seems to long for me. What about just calling it "Radost"?
"Who dares to oppose Radost?!" seems to roll well, "Welcome to Radost, friend!" too. Though it might be too close to Rhodes - I'm not sure what the English pronounciation for Rhodes is, but in German it sounds pretty similar (Rhodos vs. Radost - the h does not change the pronounciation that much).
Or you could mix the words together...though Radostboda seems like a pretty long name for a Kingdom...

It looks like Ingolstadt is in the lead so far since the Queen likes it. The King is still feeling indecisive. Poking around in Google Translate with Polish I got "skradzione ziemie" for "Stolen Lands", but that seems too long. "Our Kingdom" tranlates as "Nasze Krolestow", which I think could probably be conjoined into something reasonable like "Nazkrolesto" except that it might sound a little too much like "Nazi".
I tried running "gypsy" through GT in Russian, Polish, and Ukrainian. They all seem to sound a bit like "Zuh-gansky", so I might consider something like Tsyganski, Czyganski, Czygansk, Tsygansk etc. "Gypsy" isn't a great name for a kingdom, but "Gypsy Kingdom" ends producing overly long names like "Tsyganskaya Korolevstvo". Maybe that could be the "official name" but "We call it Tsyganski for short". The sound kind of reminds me of the word "gonzo", and I think that's fitting.
It might be kind of funny if he King and Queen both called the country something different.

Well, Ingolstadt could even more appropriately be a new city if/when we found another. Especially if it's got a library and caster's tower and such. It's a decent back up if we don't find anything better, and it's really funny (to me) that it was suggested by someone who had no way of knowing the Construct-Crafting ways of the royalty.
