↬If you have anything in your sidecart that is ready to go, it will be shipped with your next Paizo subscription.
↬If you want to add anything to the order, you have until the authorization date to add it to your sidecart. If it is after the authorization date, make sure you choose to ship with the pending order number.
↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of longer than 2-6 days, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!
↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

The Auth Run/Order Spawning has begun! I'll post a follow up when its done. Just as an FYI, the last several months have ended up with the auth run/order spawning taking two days. When that happens, you might see some display issues if your order hasn't been spawned by Thursday night. Once I post that it has been completed, if you still see weirdness with your My Subscription, let me know.
If you notice something is wrong with your Order Confirmation email (the one that says: "In the next week or so, we're expecting to ship *Blah*, the next volume of your subscription." please email us or post in an individual thread as soon as possible so we can take care of it right away.

My September order looks good, but I'm wondering why it's shipping via USPS Priority Mail when I've selected "Cheapest" as my preferred shipping method.
I'm happy to wait a few days to save a few bucks on shipping. :)
Our system determined that Priority Mail is the cheapest option for shipping your order. Your order contains enough items that the package is either too large or too heavy to be sent either Standard Post or First Class.
Please remember to create your own thread in the Customer Service forum, as we do not want to lose your request in a long series of posts

and once again, paizo misses the shipping deadline showing that my order seems to be generated at the very end of the line. no shipping notice and it's Friday 7pm in seattle

Sorry I was out on Monday and Tuesday and was not able to update this thread.
The warehouse finished shipping subscriptions Friday evening. They still had some orders to ship this week that needed resolutions for things like payment failures or missing items or other little issues preventing them from shipping. If your subscription shipment hasn't shipped and you aren't sure why, just drop customer service a line via email (customer.service@paizo.com) or by starting an individual customer service messageboard thread or by giving us a call.

John, your order was shipped by UPS Mail Innovations which is not the same as UPS Ground. UPS MI goes through the UPS MI sorting facilities before being handed off to the USPS for final delivery. We've found that UPS MI does occasionally miss scanning packages for tracking updates at a higher rate than regular UPS ground. However, the package is still on its way to you, even if the tracking is not working correctly and should still make it within the 4-8 business day estimate for shipping. If your package was shipping by Friday, Sept 20, that puts the 4-8 business day delivery estimate about Sept. 26 (today) to about next Wednesday, Oct 2.
