Greetings fellow Pathfinders,
I have recently decided to pledge myself to the pathfinder society and the ways of the Decemvirate. As I have not gone on any missions yet, I am looking to do so soon, but that leads me to a few questions that hopefully a fellow pathfinder can answer.
I am trying to find an online group/game to join on the weekends and I am curious if there's a good place besides the forums to look for said games.
Also, is there a good way to just put your name out there and see if a GM needs an extra player?
Any suggestions would be great as this is my first delving into the world of pathfinder society.
Thank you in advance,

Joshua,
Welcome to the Society!! I understand that you are looking for a location to check for online games other than the forums. Before we had an online VO (Venture-Officer), I would have suggested checking out the Pathfinder Communities on Google+. Now, the Grand Lodge Online Play forum here will be an excellent place to find or put yourself out for and online game or group. I hope this helps and that you have a great time with Society.

Perfect,
Thank you very much Preston. I've been checking out both Paizo's boards and also the Google+ sites as well and so far, I've gotten to play in one game.
I was mostly curious if the Grand Lodge had a special group where we would run adventures together or if that was something not normally done.

Joshua,
Since I am not completely familiar with how much you know about the Society, I will apologize in advance if I am telling you anything you already know. The Grand Lodge is actually a faction within the Society as well as the main meeting area at Pathfinder Society HQ. So as far as any special group of only Grand Lodge members running missions together being available, I don't believe such a group exists. I hope that this helps and I hope your first online game was fun.

Or you can contact a VL (Venture Lieutenant) in your state and ask if he knows if there are any local game shops that offer PFS games on a regular basis. I'm assuming you are in the US, when I mention this. There is also a game locator on this site that you can actually put your ZIP code in and it will show you the closest games being run in your area.

There you go, click on the link and put in your ZIP code and find a place near you. Hopefully you are in So Cal and come to Gameology, we can always use another player.

Try Warhorn Home Page to find areas around you. If you are in California, in the Bay Area, it's a great first place to look.
