Hello,
I am working on setting up my feat progression for my witch and I wanted to get some advice about it. I have the following so far:
Extra Hex: Cackle - so I can extend my curses
Combat Casting - to be able cast better under duress
Reach Spell - because so many of their spells are touch based
I have the following feats in mind but feel free to make other suggestions:
Rime Spell
Accursed Critical
Split Hex
Destructive Dispel
Ectoplasmic Spell
I'd like to really make my curse ability crippling to my foes but anything
that can make her more effective is fine by me.

Accursed Hex from Ultimate Magic. It gives you two chances to make your once-per-day hexes stick.

Slumber + Ability Focus.
That's a Monster feat and generally speaking a PC can't use it.
Toughness is always good.
Combat casting and that feat that makes your CMD= BAB are both great when some tentacled horror grabs you. True, since you're flying a LOT it won't happen often, but when it does, youre hosed.

Quicken Spell is a good feat all casters should consider.
As a witch you should very strongly consider going for an improved familiar. Get on of the ones that can turn invisible all the time or is just very hard to kill. It is your spell book and can be very irritating to lose if you have invested in a lot of spells. Imp and Arbiter come to mind.
At level 11 you want to get split hex. It allows you to slumber two people at once.
the spell focus feats are useful if you find yourself focusing on a school of magic.

Ok, lets reign this in before it gets too out of hand.
On a witch there are simply 4 feats of value to the class, everything else is pretty much unnecessary.
Accursed Hex: A second opportunity to affect the target with the same Hex? Mandatory feat, and take it early when your DC's are the lowest.
Improved Familiar: Your familiar is your spellbook, and vital to your spellcasting ability. The improved familiars have MUCH greater survivability chances and bring some nifty powers to the table as well.
Split Hex: Double your hexing ability every round. SOOO worth it.
Quicken Spell: A Hex AND a spell every round? That's all manner of shutdown ability there. (quickened Ill omen + Bestow Curse:Amnesia = 1 round shutdown on any BBEG.)
After that it gets really situational depending on what you are building too. Take a look at some of the Witch build guides to get a better idea of what's out there.
I *shameless plug* like this guide the most and it's due for an update soon.

Add a few Extra Hex feats to this list of four and you have it, IMHO.

The only time PCs can't generally* take Monster Feats is in PFS. In a regular Pathfinder game, generally* speaking PCs can take monster feats provided they meet prerequisites, which the CRB specifically calls out that players can qualify for them.

Extra hex is an excellent feat but I'm going to recommend not to take it very often.
Remember that there is a short list of good hexes you want to take and a LARGE list of crap. When you take extra hex you are getting a jump on getting that great power BUT you are now forcing yourself to take one of those less than useful hexes now. (Swamp Hag, Really??)

Most of the following feats apply specifically to monsters, although some player characters might qualify for them (particularly Craft Construct)."Note that Slumber is not a "special attack".

Please do not spread misinformation. I think you should reread Feiya's stat block, because it looks like she has quite a few special attacks. The hexes are even listed under it, including (seriously... look this stuff up before posting misinformation) sleep! So ya, prerequisite for Ability Focus met and thus a witch player character qualifies.

Pretty much anything that isn't a melee attack or the casting of a spell is a special attack according to RAW, and Ability Focus is a legal feat.
