I'm asking about if a person can wear two quivers at the same time. Reason I'm asking is my character is a zen archer and I use a lot of arrows in a scenario and I use the efficiency quiver yet 60 arrows isn't enough because I like to carry different types for different things that might come up, yet beyond it holding 60 arrows the other two slots or containers in the quiver I can't really use except to put a lot of javilens or other bows. Someone told me that you can wear two quivers as long as you don't wear a melee weapon on your side but I've not been able to find that in the books and was wondering if anyone knew if you can have two quivers on your back and what rule book thats in?

There's no rule on it one way or the other. However, in any case, your back isn't the only (or even necessarily the best) place to wear a quiver.

Well, you can certainly houserule all that
Otherwise, carry a Handy Haversack with extra bundles of arrows in it and refill your efficient quiver in between combats
For example, on my Barbarian Archer, I keep about 20 cold iron arrows, 10 blunt arrows, 10 silvered, 10 adamantine and 10 ghost-blanched in my quiver
I then just refill appropriately from extras in my Handy Haversack between combats
Nevertheless, I see nothing wrong with wearing two efficient quivers if you want

I house rule this also to carry more than 60 arrows as the other compartments are used to hold larger items. I limit the arrow count in those pouches to max weight of said item in the description. Such the large pouch being able to hold 6 quarterstaffs get that total. I think is 18lbs. See how many arrows way that much and this max held in that slot. It sets a limit to prevent abuse and allows for more arrows. Arrows weight .15lbs each arrows. So you looking at 120 arrows max in the large pouch. The quiver ends up holding close to 250 arrows.
Which still goes fast when you have hasted rapid many shot all going at the same time and full attacking just about every round.

You can wear a hundred quivers if you want to. Your ammunition carrying capacity is limited only to how many arrows per quiver and how much weight you can carry. Otherwise, the sky's the limit.
It depends on the GM. Some GMs don't care. Some GMs don't care about encumbrance, but want players to use common sense. Others follow encumbrance to the T. Others follow both encumbrance and common sense. Talk you your GM.
For example, if you said to me that that you have "a hundred quivers" on your back, I would say "No you don't. You can have three on your back and two on each hip if you don't have anything else there. What are you doing with the other 93?" :)
