Does the Bard gain 2 extra rounds of daily use like the normal Bardic Performance ability? Its not spelled out, but the base level 1 amount is the same.
And because my other post failed to get traction, instead of further bumping it, ill sneak in that question here as well for anyone who wants to give it a look.
"At 5th level, a buckler duelist gains a +1 bonus on attack and damage rolls when wielding a falcata and buckler that applies to attacks made by either hand. These bonuses increase by +1 for every four levels beyond 5th. With a full-attack action, a buckler duelist may alternate between using his falcata or his buckler for each attack. This does not grant additional attacks or incur penalties as two-weapon fighting does."
The ability makes it a point to clarify, that swapping between sheild slams and weapon attacks in a full attack is not Two Weapon Fighting. This got me wondering though, would you be able to use the ability with actual Two Weapon Fighting?
Could an 11th level Buckler Duelist with Improved and Greater Two Weapon Fighting, perform 6 attacks, all with his Falcata? Full attack two weapon fighting, then opt to turn the offhand attacks (normally shield slams) into Falcata attacks using Strong Swings.
And if yes, would you retain your Shield bonus to AC? You arent actually attacking with it, even if it is being used to facilitate more Falcata attacks.
Something tells me the answer will be no, simply because it looks so nice (And Fighters dont get nice things) but lets hear what people think.

It doesn't say you do, so you don't. As for your other question... RAW is on your side, but logic isn't. So you'd have to ask your GM. I don't think you get to keep the shield AC though. You're still TWFing, even though you never actually attack with it.

You do not get that bump. But, do see this post.
Extending the original question, do racial favored class benefits that grant +1 round of Bardic Performance give you another round of Archaeologist's Luck?
Yes. The ability states that
Archaeologist’s luck is treated as bardic performance for the purposes of feats, abilities, effects, and the like that affect bardic performance.
This means it qualifies for that, unlike the dervish dancer's performance-modifying ability.

RAW Archaeologists don't gain extra rounds of luck each level, although the designer has this to say about it.
Edit: Ha seems I got beaten to the post ;)

No on the bard.
On the Buckler Duelist, if you get extra attacks above your normal iteratives from TWF, you actually have to use two separate weapons and take the -2hit. You also have to take the loss of Buckler AC if you attack with the buckler, something that is still required to get anything over your normal iterative attacks.
A non-buckler duelist, normal fighter with a light shield at level 6, can take a longsword attack and a shield bash attack with no TWF penalties. (He will lose the Shield AC without imp shield bash tho)
The Buckler Duelist gets to do the same thing with a buckler (per the level 2 ability) and at level 5 basically gets "weapon training" with both falcata and buckler (but no other weapons in the groups those normally belong to) and it is re-iterated that he can use either weapon at interchangeably for iteratives, but at this point he still only has one so it's a moot point.
So no, you can't sub out all your extra TWF attacks for falcata attacks based on the level 5 wording, because it references in the ability that it does not apply to the extra attacks over your base from the TWF.
Now, what has really been fun with this archetype, is that it replaces only weapon training 1, so at level 9 falcata/buckler go up to +2, and you also get weapon training 2 right on schedule, and can pick Heavy blades, getting +3 on falcata and +2 on buckler, then at 13 choose close weapons (since the buckler duelist counts the buckler as a light shield) and get +5 Falcata and +4 buckler. (5/9/13 strong swing, 9/13 heavy blades, 13 close weapons)
So... with 18 Str and Imp shield bash, shield slam, shield master, Double Slice, TWF, ITWF, GTWF, at level 13, you hit with Falcata +22/17/12 (no magic) for d8+9 19-20x3, and Buckler 21/16/11 d3+8 20x2, not including magic items, and counting the shields enhancement to both AC and attack/damage, getting a free bullrush on each buckler attack.
That's only 7 of your 13 feats, Toss 2 levels of Maneuver Master Monk to pick up Imp Bullrush and Imp Disarm, then grab Break Guard, Hammer the Gap, Critical Focus, Staggering Critical, Bashing Finish and a Keen Falcata. Now, start with a free disarm (buckler duelist gets a +4 on this using the buckler to do it for all the cool weapon bonuses), if it works you get a free falcata swing, on a falcata crit a free shield bash, with every shield bash a free bullrush, if they hit a wall from the bull rush they're prone, etc.
