What level are you creating this character? Will you play it in a certain kind of adventure?
Amulet of Mighty Fists is the standard way to improve natural attacks. Size bonuses work well too.

A half-orc can take the Toothy alternate racial trait to get a primary bite attack (swap out Orc Ferocity).
A ranger with the Natural Weapons Combat style can take Aspect of the Beast without meeting the requirements, "even if he does not select Aspect of the Beast as a bonus feat," to get two primary claw attacks. Rending Claws can be taken at 2nd level ranger to get extra damage when both claw attacks hit the same creature.
Eldritch Claws is a nice pick later on to have your natural attacks inherently count as magic and silver.
Druid has greater magic fang on its spell list. With Craft Wondrous Item, you can just make your own amulet of mighty fists, since barkskin is also on a druid's spell list.

I did a ranger 2, Druid (ape shaman) XX...there is a feat that lets you use your Druid +ranger levels to figure favored enemy bonuses and the durations of wild shape. Totem tranformation-slam gives me two slams, a bite (orc), and two claws (aspect of the beast). With a Holy amulet, strong jaw, imp. Natural attack he eats evil outsiders....they are very tasty. Several buff spells to up my natural attacks if needed.
